Արցախի ՄԻՊ Արտակ Բեգլարյանը հայտարարել է, որ գերեվարված ու անհետ կորած քաղաքացիական անձանց մասով ամբողջ վերլուծությունը փաստացի կատարում է Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ը. «Նրանք հիմնականում եղել են իրենց բնակավայրերում, երբ ադրբեջանական ուժերը ներխուժել են:

Մոտավոր հաշվարկով 30 անհայտ կորած քաղաքացիական անձ կար: Մի մասի ճակատագիրը պարզվել է, կան հաստատված դեպքեր, որ նարնք գտնվում են Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության ներքո, ԿԽՄԿ-ն կապ է հաստատվել: Թվեր չեմ նշում։

Եթե չեմ սխալվում, 11 դեպքով հաստատված մահվան դեպք կա, որոնցից 7-ի մարմինները վերադարձվել են մեզ: Բոլոր 7-ն էլ սպանված են եղել: Գրեթե բոլոր դեպքերում եղել են խեղման ու խոշտանգման դեպքեր, այդ թվում՝ հետմահու:

Կան ականջներ կտրելու, աչք հանելու, գլխատման փորձեր, հետմահու դանակահարություն և մի շարք այլ սարսափազդու դեպքեր»:

«Քաղաքացիական անձանց վերաբերյալ կան տեսանյութեր, որն ադրբեջանական կողմն է հրապարակել՝ կենդանի վիճակում մարդկանց գլխատելու: Կենդանի վիճակում ականջները կտրելու, էլ չասեմ մնացած անմարդկային վերաբեմունքի դեպքերը:

Բոլոր այս դեպքերը վերլուծում ենք, ինքնությունները պարզում ենք, ներկայացնում ռուսական կողմին ու ԿԽՄԿ-ին:

Այստեղ և՛ գլխավոր պատասխանատուն և՛ միակ հանցագործն ադրբեջանական կողմն է: Ադրբեջանական կողմը բավականին ակնհայտ կերպով ժամանակ է ձգում: Ժամանակ է ձգում նաև գերիների մասով: Նույնը դիակների մասով»,-ասել է նա:
