NEWS.am-ի թղթակիցը կապ հաստատեց գործարար, մեկենաս Արտակ Թովմասյանի հետ, ում մի քանի հարց ուղղեց իր ակտիվ քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվելու վերաբերյալ, սակայն նա ասաց, որ այս  պահին այդքան էլ հարմար չէ պատասխանել այդ հարցերին, քանի որ այցով գտնվում է Սյունիքում։ Նա, սակայն խոստացավ, որ մոտ օրերս կպատասխանի բազմաթիվ կուտակված հարցերի առավել լայն շրջանակով, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, թղթակցի որոշ հարցերին պատասխանեց.

Այսօր մամուլում տեղեկություն էր հրապարակվել Ձեր և «Միասնություն» շարժման ղեկավար Արման Վարդանյանի քաղաքական տարաձայնությունների վերաբերյալ: Ի՞նչ կասեք այդ առումով:

Սովորություն չունեմ անհեթեթությունները մեկնաբանելու, կարող եմ միայն ասել, որ մեր գաղափարական շփումներն ընթանում են բնականոն և դրական հունով:

Պարոն Թովմասյան, մամուլում տպագրված հոդվածում նշվում էր նաև, որ լայն քաղաքական գործընթացներին Ձեր մասնակցությամբ ակնկալվում էր նաև Ձեր կողմից ֆինանսական մեծ ռեսուրսների ներդրում, սակայն դրանք այդքան էլ չեն իրականացել:

Այս գործընթացը հասարակական-քաղաքական նոր պլատֆորմի ձևավորմանն է միտված, որի պահանջը ի հայտ է եկել հայ ազգի կողմից և ժամանակի հրամայականն է: Մենք էլ փորձում ենք կյանքի կոչել այն, ինչը առաջ է քաշվել հասարակության լայն զանգվածների կողմից: Ինչ վերաբերում է ֆինանսական միջոցներին, ապա ես ցավում եմ, որ մարդիկ գաղափարական և ազգապահպան գործունեության մեջ պարտադիր կարևորում և տեսնում են ֆինանսական կոմպոնենտը: Համոզված եմ, որ այն շրջանակների հետ, ում հետ ես մինչև այժմ ունեցել եմ հանդիպումներ, ոչ միայն չունեն ֆինանսական ակնկալիքներ այս միավորումից, այլ անգամ պատրաստ են իրենց անձնական ռեսուրսները ներդնել ի շահ ՀՀ-ի և հայ ազգի:

Տարիներ շարունակ Հայաստանում քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվելը շատերի համար եղել է գումար վաստակելու և շռայլ կյանք վայելելու միջոց, և դա էլ պատճառներից մեկն է, թե ինչ իրավիճակում է հայտնվել մեր ազգը և մեր պետությունը: Մենք անելու ենք ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի այսուհետ քաղաքականության մեջ լինեն խաղի նոր կանոններ, այնտեղ ներգրավվեն մարդիկ, ովքեր սիրում են երկիրը և պատրաստ են իրենց անձնական շահը ստորադասելու ՀՀ պետական և ազգային շահին:
