ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Խայտառակ կապիտուլյացիայի արդյունքում առաջացած լրջագույն սպառնալիքների շարքում՝ Հայաստանի պետականության վերացում, անմիջական անվտանգային մարտահրավերներ, տնտեսական կոլապս, տարածքային կորուստներ և այլն, կխոսեմ մեկի՝ Արցախի կարգավիճակի խնդրի մասին։

Ինչպես հայտնի է, Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցը ներառված չէր նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության մեջ, թեպետ հենց սա է Արցախյան շարժման և պայքարի արմատը ու վերջնական լուծման կարոտ հիմնական խնդիրը։

Միջազգային հանրության կողմից քաղաքական մակարդակում ներկայումս առաջ է մղվում Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցի «ժամանակավոր սառեցման» գաղափարը։

44-օրյա պատերազմի արդյունքում Արցախյան հարցը սառեցված հակամարտությունից վերածվում է սառեցված կարգավիճակի։
Սակայն այս սառեցումը փաստացի թվացյալ է։

Իրականում, օգտվելով Հայաստանում գահին դեռևս թառած թրքաբարո դուրսպրծուկների գոյությունից, Ադրբեջանը քայլ առ քայլ, սողացող կերպով իր օգտին է լուծում Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցը։

Բացառապես այս տրամաբանության մեջ են վերջին զարգացումները, կապված Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի ապագայի, Հայաստանից պաշտոնական այցերը կամ Արցախ օտարերկրացիների այցելության նոր կարգի հետ։

Ադրբեջանին հաջողվում է շերտ առ շերտ զատել Արցախի սուբյեկտայնության վերջին բաղադրիչները։

Արցախի տարածքային հսկայական կորուստներից պատերազմից հետո սկիզբ են առել Արցախի ֆունկցիոնալ կորուստները։

Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան-Ադրբեջան եռանկյան մեջ վիժվածքի և իր ոհմակի գոյության հետևանքով Հայաստանի անկյունը ձգտում է 0 աստիճանի։

Փաստացի պատերազմը շարունակվում է, այս անգամ՝ առանց հայկական դիմադրության։

Քանզի դավաճան սրիկան մեր ժողովրդի դեմ երկրի ներսում երկրորդ ֆրոնտ է բացել, որ մենք չկարողանանք կենտրոնանալ դրսի ճակատի վրա։

Մինչև ե՞րբ ենք հանդուրժելու այս ներքին թուրքերին։ Չէ՞ որ այս տեմպերով ներքին և արտաքին թուրքերը շատ շուտով կհանդիպեն, օրինակ, Հանրապետության հրապարակում»:
