Մի քանի անգամ առիթ ունեցել եմ առաջարկել Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, ԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբին, որպեսզի Հայաստանում և Արցախում անցկացվող զորավարժություններին մասնակից դարձնեն նաև պահեստազորայիններին։

Բայց սա այն հարցերից է, որի բարձրաձայնումը ինձ երբեք չի հոգնեցնում։

Քանի որ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ պատրաստության 2021թ. առաջին կիսամյակի պլանի համաձայն, մարտի 16-ից 20-ը ՀՀ զինված ուժերի բոլոր օպերացիոն ուղղություններում անցկացվելու են մարտավարական և մարտավարամասնագիտական համատեղ զորավարժություններ, ապա թեմային ևս մեկ անգամ կանդրադառնամ։

Նույնիսկ նախնական վերլուծությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ վերջին պատերազմում մեր հիմնական խնդիրներից մեկը կանոնավոր զորքերի և պահեստազորայինների/կամավորական ջոկատների ոչ ներդաշնակ գործողություններն էին։

Դեռ չեմ խոսում պատերազմի դեպքում կանոնավոր ստորաբաժանումների լրակազմերի մասին։

ԶՈՒ պատրաստության պլանում անհրաժեշտ է կանոնավոր զորքերի մարտավարական պարապմունքներին, հրաձգությանը, զորավարժությունների անցկացմանը ներգրավել նաև պահեստազորայիններին/կամավորական ջոկատներին։

Կամավորական ջոկատներ ասելով, այս դեպքում նկատի ունեմ դեռ 90-ականներից ձևավորված, սակայն արդեն ինստիտուցիոնալ բնույթ կրող խմբերին՝ Դաշնակցության, Սև հովազներ և այլն։

Ի դեպ, որքան տեղյակ եմ, նրանցից որոշները, պատերազմի ավարտից հետո էլ շարունակում են մարտական հերթապահություն կրել, մի մասը՝ այն իրականացնում էին նաև պատերազմից առաջ։

Նույնիսկ ոչ մասնագիտական շրջանակներին էլ արդեն պարզ է, որ առանց լուրջ, փորձառու, մարտական պահեստազորի պատերազմում հաղթելու հնարավորություն չի լինելու։

Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ զինված ուժերի պատրաստության, մարտունակության բարձրացման ցանկացած միջոցառման պետք է մասնակից լինեն նաև պահեստազորայինները։

Այլ տարբերակ չունենք էլ։
