Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել ենք, «Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը ձևավորում է «Գործարար կապերի խորհուրդ», որի շրջանակներում այսօր` մարտի 31-ին, անցկացնում է Հայաստանում ստեղծված սոցիալ-տնտեսական հիմնախնդիրների լուծմանը, գործարար միջավայրի բարելավմանն ուղղված հանդիպում-քննարկում։ 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ելույթ է ունեցել «Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամ Արտակ Թովմասյանը, ով կոչ է արել համախմբվել և ստեղծված իրավիճակից ելքեր փնտրել:

 «Այսօր մենք գտնվում ենք մի նոր իրավիճակում, ինչպես և բոլորս, այնպես էլ մեր երկիրը, երբեք չենք եղել այսպիսի բարոյահոգեբանական, քաղաքական, տնտեսական անկումային իրավիճակում: Եվ գնալով ամեն մեկս դա մեր վրա զգում ենք և օր օրի, իմ կարծիքով, դա ավելի է խորանալու: Եվ հիմնական նպատակն է, որ մենք հավաքվենք, մտքերով փոխանակվենք, ծանոթանանք  մեր երկրի խնդիրներին և սպասվող, օր օրի ավելի խորացող մոտակա խնդիրներին, քննարկենք միասին ու առաջարկենք ելք»,- ասել է նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ օրեր առաջ տեղի է ունեցել «Ազգային անվտանգության անկախ խորհրդի» անդրանիկ նիստը՝ նվիրված Հայաստանի անվտանգային արդի հիմնախնդիրների լուծմանը։
