ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Վահագն Վերմիշյանը քաղաքացիական հայց է ներկայացրել՝ ընդդեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Վերմիշյանի ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաեւը։«Այսօր հայցադիմում ենք մուտքագրել դատարան ընդդեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, որով պահանջել ենք հերքել զրպարտություն հանդիսացող տեղեկությունները, ինչպես նաև հրապարակային ներեղություն խնդրել պարոն Վերմիշյանի պատիվը, արժանապատվությունը, ինչպես նաև գործարար բարի համբավը արատավորելու համար։ Միաժամանակ, խնդրել ենք դատարանին արձանագրել անմեղության կանխավարկածի իրավունքի խախտումը։ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, իրեն բնորոշ ոճով, զրպարտություն համարվող տեղեկություններ է տարածել, ակնհայտ անհիմն և անպատասխանատու հայտարարություն է կատարել իբր ինքն է ՀՀ-ում շնորհում վաստակավոր կոչումներ։ Նախ և առաջ, առկա չէ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատական ակտ, առ այն, որ Վահագն Վերմիշյանը առընչություն ունի իրեն մեղսագրվող արարքի հետ, իսկ նման ակտի բացակայության պայմաններում անձի մեղավորությունը կասկածի տակ դնելը անթույլատրելի և հակաբարոյական քայլ է։ Ամփոփելով իրավիճակը կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ Վահագն Վերմիշյանի հետապնդումը ակնհայտ քաղաքակական է, իսկ իր ազատազրկումը միջազգային իրավունքում դրան տրված բնորոշմանը համաձայն՝ բավարարում է քաղբանտարկյալի բոլոր չափանիշներին։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «չներեց» Վահագն Վերմիշյանի առանց ատկատների աշխատելը, պետականամետ քայլերը, վարչապետի ընտանիքի և մերձավոր շրջապատի կոռուպցիոն ներգրավվածության սխեմաների բացահայտումը և դրա դեմ պայքարի փորձերը։ Կոչ ենք անում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին անհապահղ ներեղություն խնդրել Վահագն Վերմիշյանից և հերքել զրպարտություն համարվող տեղեկությունները և ազնվորեն հայտարարել, թե ինչի համար է Վահագն Վերմիշյանը կալանքի տակ /գուցե Գյումրիում Կարգո կառուցելու իրական պատճառներին տիրապետելու, իսկ կարող է՞ Իրանից ցեմենտ և ցեմենտի անվան տակ փոշենման այլ զանգված ներկրելու հետ կապված խնդրի, իսկ գուցե ասֆալտի կոռուպցիոն բիզնեսին խոչընդոտելու/։ Եղեք անկեղծ պարոն Փաշինյան․ ոչինչ չի մոռացվել, ոչինչ չի մնալու անպատասխան»,- ասված է Կոչուբաևի գրառման մեջ:
