Ներդրումներ եւ միայն ներդրումներ․ Ահա հետպատերազմյան Հայաստանի վերականգնման ամենապարզ բանաձեւը։ Իսկ այդ գործում իրենց ավանդը կարող են ներդնել Հայաստանի եւ արտերկրի հայ մեծահարուստները, ովքեր լրջագույն ընկերական եւ գործարար կապեր ունեն օտարերկրյա ընկերությունների, խոշոր գործարարների շրջանում։ 

Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր, «Տիգրան Արզաքանցյան» հիմնադրամի հիմնադիր նախագահ Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանը  օրերս մի հարցազրույցում խոստովանել էր, որ ինքն է Հայաստան բերել ռուսաստանցի միլիարդատեր Վլադիմիր Եվտուշենկովին, նպաստել, որ նրա գլխավորած ընկերությունը գնի «Վիվասելը», խոշոր ներդրումներ եւ սոցիալական ծրագրեր իրականացնի Հայաստանում, ահռելի հարկեր վճարի պետբյուջե։

Արզաքանցյանի կապերը իհարկե չափազանց մեծ են, նա եւ մյուս հայ գործարարները տասնյակ մեծահարուստ ընկերներ ունեն, որոնք կարող են գալ Հայաստան, ներդրումներ կատարել Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ, աջակցել Հայաստանի զարգացմանը։ 

Սրա համար կարեւորագույն պայման է նաեւ երկրի տնտեսական, մրցակցային գրավչությունը, եւ նման հնարավորությունից չօգտվելը մեծ մեղք է Հայաստանի ընտրողի համար։ Հանրությունն իրավունք չունի այդ պոտենցիալը բաց թողնելու, այդ անձանց պետք է ներգրավել խոշոր ներդրումներ բերելու համար։ 

Ինչպես նշում է Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանը, նա բազմաթիվ միլիարդատեր ընկերներ ունի, որոնք կարող են գալ և տարբեր ոլորտների մեծ նախագծեր իրականացնել Հայաստանում։ 

Կհարցնեք՝ միթե այս իշխանությունների օրոք չէի՞ն կարողանում գալ։ Միանշանակ, անձնական ֆակտորն էլ մեծ կապ ունի։ Պոպուլիստ, վարկաբեկված, երկիրը կրախի տարած եւ անվստահելի մարդկանց հետ ոչ ոք չի ուզենա հարաբերվել։ Իսկ կայացած, վստահելի գործընկերոջ հետ գործ բռնելը միշտ էլ արդյունավետ է, հատկապես բիզնեսի աշխարհում։

Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանը վաղուց է ապացուցել իր լավ գործարար լինելու փաստը, այժմ էլ, եթե ընտրողը գիտակցի իր առաքելությունը, կարող է գործուն մասնակցություն ունենալ երկրի զարգացման գործում։
