ՊԵԿ նախագահն աշխատանքային այցով Իրանում է, քննարկվել են Մեղրիի սահմանային անցակետի արդիականացման վերաբերյալ հարցեր

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավար Մեհդի Միրաշրաֆիի հրավերով մայիսի 23-ին երկօրյա այցով մեկնել է Թեհրան` քննարկելու երկու կառույցների միջև համագործակցության ընդլայնման հարցերը, տեղեկացնում է ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:

Այցի ընթացքում, մասնավորապես, կողմերը քննարկել են Մեղրիի սահմանային անցակետի արդիականացման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ հարցեր: ՊԵԿ նախագահ Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանը ԻԻՀ գործընկերոջը ներկայացրել է, որ անցակետի արդիականացման արդյունքում վերափոխված շենքային պայմանները ժամանակակից չափանիշներին համապատասխան ընթացակարգեր կիրառելու հնարավորություն կստեղծեն` խթանելով բեռնափոխադրումների արագ սպասարկումը:

Արդիականացման ընթացքում հնարավորություն կընձեռվի նաև զարգացնելու և խթանելու Նուրդուզի և Մեղրիի ցամաքային սահմանային դարպասների համատեղ օգտագործումը, ինչպես նաև սահմանին ստեղծելու անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածք: Երկրի հարավային դարպասների արդիականացումը նոր ազդակ կհաղորդի նաև Հայաստան-Իրան առևտրաշրջանառության աշխուժացմանը:

ՀՀ ՊԵԿ և ԻԻՀ մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավարները քննարկել են նաև տրանսպորտային միջոցների և ապրանքների միջազգային փոխադրումների հետ կապված Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև էլեկտրոնային տվյալների նախնական փոխանակման առավել արդյունավետ իրականացման հետ կապված հարցեր: Կողմերը, ինչպես տվյալ հարցի, այնպես էլ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարն ավելի արդյունավետ և փոխհամագործակցված կազմակերպելու նպատակով, պայմանավորվել են ակտիվացնել երկու երկրների համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների գործակցությունը, ինչը դրական ազդեցություն կունենա մաքսային կանոնների խախտման դեպքերի բացահայտման, առկա խնդիրների առավել արագ և օպերատիվ լուծման համատեքստում: Հանդիպման արդյունքում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ստեղծել համատեղ աշխատանքային խումբ` օպերատիվ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման, ծագած խնդիրների լուծման և միջազգային համաձայնագրերով նախատեսված բոլոր գործառույթները կյանքի կոչելու նպատակով:

ՀՀ ՊԵԿ նախագահը և ԻԻՀ մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավարը կարևորել են Հայաստանի և Իրանի մաքսային մարմինների միջև հետագա փոխգործակցության անհրաժեշտությունը:

ՊԵԿ նախագահի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը հանդիպում է ունեցել նաև Իրանի հարկային կազմակերպության նախագահ Օմիդ-Ալի Փարսայի հետ: Էդվարդ Հովհաննսիյանը գործընկերոջը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի հարկային վարչարարությունում կիրառվող առաջադեմ թվային տեխնոլոգիաների, պետության և բիզնեսի միջև թվային փոխգործակցության կառուցման շրջանակում կիրառվող գործիքակազմը: ՊԵԿ նախագահն իր գործընկերոջը հրավիրել է պատասխան այց կատարել Հայաստան` հարկային վարչարարության ոլորտում կիրառվող էլեկտրոնային համակարգերին ծանոթանալու, ինչպես նաև հնարավոր խորհրդակցության տրամադրման քննարկման նպատակով: Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ ՊԵԿ-ի և ԻԻՀ հարկային կազմակերպության ղեկավարները կարևորել են Հայաստանի և Իրանի հարկային մարմինների միջև փոխգործակցության ընդլայնման անհրաժեշտությունը:

ՀՀ ՊԵԿ նախագահի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում հանդիպում կունենա նաև Իրանի առևտրի պալատի նախագահի և գործարար համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
