Մարդ թողներ այս գաղջ մթնոլորտը, գնար մի հեռավոր վայրում, առանց քաղաքական զզվելի ինֆորմացիայի ապրեր։ Այս տեխնոլոգիայով իրար բզկտելովփորձում են փչացնել հակառակորդին դրանով իսկ ճամփա բացելով սեփական անպտուղ ճանապարհի համար…Կերեք իրար, երկիրը թալանեք, բաժանվեք, վիրավորեք, բայց երբեք չմտածեք այն մարդկանց մասին, ովքեր ձեզ ձայն են տալու, չմտածեք այն մարդկանց մասին, ովքեր հիմա Բաքվի բանտերում են, չմտածեք այն մարդկանց մասին, ովքեր պատերազմից գրեթե ութ ամիս անց, անհետ կորած են համարվում, չէ չմտածեք այն անմեղ զոհերի մասին, ովքեր հանուն ձեր այսօրվա աթոռի՝ իրենց կյանքն են տվել։ Դուք ի՞նչ մտածեք, դուք ու՞ր, մտածելն ու՞ր։

Հուսամ՝ շատերդ հասկացաք, թե ինչ քայլ ձիով կատարեց «Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամ Արտակ Թովմասյանը, երբ հայտարարեց, որ չի մասնակցելու արտահերթ ընտրությունների։ Չնայած, ձեր պարզամիտ մտածողության համար բարդ է ընկալելը, այդուհանդերձ, նա հստակ ընդգծեց․ «Պատերազմի բոհով անցած և չավարտված պատերազմի պայմաններում գոյության կռիվ տվող մեր պետությունը պատրաստ չէ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների»:

Նա հրապարակեց տեսաուղերձ, որում մասնավորապես ընդգծեց․ «Հաշվի առնելով աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումները, արտաքին վտանգները, Հայաստանի ներքին քաղաքական պայմանավորվածությունները, դիտարկելով հնարավոր բոլոր զարգացումները, ունեմ համոզմունք, որ Հայաստանում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացումը վտանգավոր է։ Այն իր մեջ պարունակում է ռիսկեր` արտաքին վտանգներից ընդհուպ մինչև քաղաքացիական բախումներ։ Ես այդ մասին քանիցս հայտարարել եմ իմ նախորդ ելույթներում և կոնկրետ շեշտադրումներով հայտնել եմ, թե այս ընտրությունները ինչ վտանգների առաջ են կանգնեցնելու մեր պետությունն ու պետականությունը։ Ինձ համար աթոռն ու պաշտոնը երբեք նշանակություն չունեն և չեն էլ ունեցել, ես դրանց ձգտելու ոչ մի շարժառիթ չունեմ»։

Ուստի՝ կոչ է անում․ «Եկե՛ք համախմբվենք, եկե՛ք պայքարենք մեր պետականությունը պահելու, զարգանալու համար և պարզապես անշահախնդիր սիրենք մեր հայրենիքը»։

Եվ վերջապես հարգելի՛ ընթերցողներ, հիշե՛ք պարոն Թովմասյանի համար կարևոր է վեր կանգնել մասնատվածությունից, թոթափել ատելությունն ու չարությունը և տարբերել առաջնայինը երկրորդայինից։
