Պետական կառավարման համակարգում բաժանվել է մոտ 22 մլրդ դրամի՝ 45 մլն դոլարի պարգևավճար, որի մեջ ներառված են նաև հարկերը․ Բաբկեն Թունյան

Հայաստանում պետական կառավարման համակարգում նախորդ տարի բաժանվել է 22 մլրդ դրամի պարգևավճար՝ ներառյալ հարկերը: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովւոմ  ասաց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Բաբկեն Թունյանը:

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ բյուջեի կատարողականի մասին քննարկումներում Ֆինանսների նախարարի պաշտոնակատարին խնդրել է հստակ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել, թե 2020-ին ինչ ծավալի պարգևավճարներ են բաժանվել պետական կառավարման համակարգում: Նա ներկայացրեց, որ  ոմանց կողմից ներկայացվում էր, թե պետական պաշտոնյաները 2020-ին ստացել են մոտ 120 մլն դոլարի պարգևավճարներ, ինքը հայտարարել է, որ այդ թիվը սուտ է։

Այսպիսով պատգամավորը ներկայացրեց ֆինանսների նախարարության տրամարդած թվերը։ «2020 թվականին պետական կառավարման համակարգի աշխատավարձի ֆոնդը կազմել է 65.5 մլրդ դրամ, և բաժանվել է դրա մոտ 30 տոկոսի չափով՝ 22 մլրդ դրամի պարգևավաճար՝ այսինքն՝ 45 մլն դոլար: Ընդ որում՝ այս գումարում ներառված են նաև հարկերը, դրանք հանելու դեպքում ստացվում է մոտ 35 մլն դոլար: Ընդ որում այս գումարը բաժանվել է ոչ թե պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին, այլ 20 հազար պետական ծառայողներին»,-ասաց նա։

Բաբկեն Թունյանը նշեց, որ մեկ աշխատողի հաշվով նայելով կարելի է տեսնել, որ յուրաքանչյուր աշխատողի՝ պետական ծառայողի՝ սկսած գրադարանների, արխիվների, այլ կառույցների աշխատողներից, ամսական միջինը 90 հազար դրամ պարգևավճար է բաժին ընկել, եթե հարկերը հանվի՝ մոտ 70 հազար դրամ: Պատգամավորն ու հավելեց, որ նախկինում էլ այդ համակարգը գործել է, որոշ կառույցներ ունեցել են արտաբյուջեներ: Նա կոչ արեց այն մարդկանց, որոնք կրկին կպնդեն, թե այդ թվերը սխալ են և կներկայացնեն այլ թվեր, ներողություն խնդրեն հայ հասարակությանը մոլորեցնելու համար։
