«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո դատական համակարգում վեթինգ խոստացած իշխանությունները չնայած տապալել են դատաիրավական բարեփոխումները, սակայն նորից են բարձրաձայնում, թե մտադիր են վեթինգի գործընթաց սկսել: Երեկ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը հայտարարել է, թե իշխանությունները պողպատյա մանդատ ստանալուց հետո համակարգային վեթինգ կիրականացնեն:

Նկատենք՝ ընտրություններից հետո վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրավիրած հանրահավաքում ապօրինի գույք ունեցողներին առաջարկեց վերադարձնել թալանածը: «Կոչ եմ անում սկսել բանակցություններ գողացվածը վերադաձնելու վերաբերյալ, որը կծառայի ՀՀ սոցիալ-տնտեսական օրակարգի սպասարկմանը»:

Անդրադառնալով Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին՝ Բադասյանը նշել է. «Ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման օրենքի կիրառման մասին էլ ասաց, որ շուրջ երկու տասնյակ գործեր գտնվում են ամփոփման փուլում, կան որոշ միջանկյալ դատական ակտեր, որոնք վերաբերում են հայցի ապահովմանը»։

Նկատենք՝ վեթինգի մասին իշխանությունները խոսել էին թավշյա հեղափոխությունից անմիջապես հետո, սակայն այն ձախողվեց: Ձախողվեց վեթինգի սպառնալիքը, դատարանները շրջափակելու միջոցով իրենց կամքը դատավորներին պարտադրելու վարչապետական հրամանը, Սահմանադրական դատարանը սեփականացնելու պլանը: Եվ չնայած Բադասյանն ասում է՝ երկու տասնյակ գործեր գտնվում են ամփոփման փուլում, սակայն փաստ է մեկ բան, որ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերից մինչեւ այժմ չկա գեթ մեկ պաշտոնյա, որ մեղադրյալի աթոռին է հայտնվել ապօրինի հարստանալու համար, կամ ում գույքը բռնագանձվել է:

Եվ այսքանից եւ այսքան ձախողումներից հետո իշխանությունները կրկին խոսում են համակարգային վեթինգ իրականացնելու կամ ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման մասին: Տեսնենք՝ այս անգամ որքան ժամանակում կձախողեն պլանները:
