Խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքները զգալի աշխուժացրել են «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» աշխուժակներին, որոնք պատերազմում Փաշինյանի մեղքով կրած խայտառակ պարտությունից հետո տևական ժամանակ կորել էին տեսադաշտից։

Վարչական ռեսուրսի լայնածավալ կիրառմամբ, զինված ուժերին՝ Փաշինյանին ընտրել հարկադրելով՝ իշխանությանը հաջողվեց վերարտադրվել, և այժմ նրանք «տոնում» են իրենց վայ-հաղթանակը՝ լպիրշ արտահայտություններ անելով մրցակիցների հասցեին։

Այդ առումով հատկապես ակտիվ է բանջարաբոստանային մի կուլտուրայի հետ ասոցացվող, ԿԳՄՍ նախկին նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը։ Նա և մյուս պաշտոնյաները սպասելիորեն ակտիվացել են, բառերի կույտ են արտանետում սոցիալական ցանցեր, իսկ բառացիորեն օրեր առաջ դեռ լռելյայն կուլ էին տալիս իրենց ուղղված «սյունյանց ողջույնները»։ 

«Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանը նախօրեին նշել է, թե իշխանության համար սկզբունքային էր ամեն գնով հաղթանակ կորզել հենց Սյունիքից, և ցանկալի արդյունքը ստանալու համար փաշինյանականները հարկադրել են 15 հազար զինվորականների քվեարկել Սյունիքում։ Մասնավորապես, մարզի քաղաքներից միայն Քաջարանն է, որտեղ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» պարտություն է կրել, քանի որ Քաջարանի տեղամասերում զինվորականներ չեն քվեարկել։ 

Բովանդակային և փաստարկված ասելիք չունենալով՝ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական Արայիկ Հարությունյանը սոցցանցերում վիրավորական արտահայտություններ է արել, ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս հայտարարել, թե Վահե Հակոբյանն ու իր թիմը ատել են քաղաքացուն, իսկ այժմ եկել է մի իշխանություն, որը հաշվի է նստում քաղաքացու հետ։

Մի կողմ թողնենք, որ պատերազմում ՀՀ մոտ հինգ հազար քաղաքացիների կյանքը խլած, Սյունիքում բնակվող քաղաքացիների կյանքը վտանգած, ադրբեջանցիներին ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք թողած իշխանությունը դեռ շարունակում է լկտիանալ։ Հաղթանակի արբունքն այնպես է մթագնել արայիկհարությունյանների գիտակցությունը, որ վիրավորում է պատերազմում ջոկատներ կազմած և առաջնագծում մարտնչած համայնքապետերին, երբ նույն փաշինյանական պաշտոնյաները համազգեստով սելֆիներ էին անում սահմանից հարյուրավոր կիլոմետրեր հեռու։ 

Իսկ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին պատասխանենք նույն իր բառերով․ «Երբեք չհանձնվեք, վարկաբեկվեք մինչեւ վերջ»։
