Ադրբեջանում մեր գերիների դատապարտումներն ամբողջովին անհիմն են, արհեստական պրոցեսի արհեստական արդյունք. նրանց ազատազրկումները միջազգային իրավունքով արգելված պատիժ են, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:

«Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կազմակերպած յուրաքանչյուր «դատավարություն» ուղեկցվում է ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներում մարդու արժանապատվությունը, իրավունքները ոտնահարող հրապարակումներով` «Հայկական տեռորիստներ» կամ նման վերնագրերով: Ակնհայտ է, որ դա հատուկ է արվում ու կրում է կազմակերպված բնույթ։ Ադրբեջանական սոցիալական ցանցերն էլ լցվում են ատելությամբ «քննարկումներով», գերիներին տանջելու, սպանելու կոչերով (ապացույցները փաստագրված են):

Ակնհայտ է, որ այս «դատավարությունները» արտաքին աշխարհի համար նախատեսված շղարշ են: Նրա համար են, որ Ադրբեջանում ունենան գերիներին ազատ չարձակելու «արդարացում», իսկ այդ ընթացքում հասցնեն որքան հնարավոր է շատ ռազմական-քաղաքական օգուտներ ստանալ:

Մշտադիտարկումը ցույց է տալիս, որ իրականում տեղի են ունենում քաղաքական սակարկություններ ու մարդկանց առևտուր. օրինակ՝ այս փաստը հաստատող անհերքելի ապացույց՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի և Թուրքիայի առաջին տիկնոջ միջև խոսակցության տեսանյութը:

Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին գերիների և անհայտ կորածների ընտանիքներից շարունակաբար ուղղվող բողոքներն ու ահազանգերն ակնհայտ վկայում են, որ դատավարությունները լրացուցիչ հոգեկան տառապանքներ են պատճառում, ավելի ցավալի են դարձնում մարդկանց ապրումները:

Ցանկացած, այսպես կոչված, դատավարություն ի սկզբանե կեղծիք է, միջազգային իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտմամբ ստեղծված շղարշջ, իսկ գերիներին կալանքի տակ պահելը` արգելված պատիժ: Այս վիճակը կոպիտ խախտում է մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային պահանջները, այդ թվում` Ժնևի 1949թ. երրորդ կոնվենցիան:

Առկա բոլոր փաստերը և ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների պահվածքն բացահայտ արհամարհանք է միջազգային ողջ հանրության նկատմամբ, խաթարում է տասնյակ տարիներով մշակված միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի համակարգը:

Բոլոր գերիները պետք է անհապաղ ազատ արձակվեն ու վերադարձվեն հայրենիք՝ առանց որևէ նախապայմանի»,- գրել է Թաթոյանը:
