Եթե Ալիեւը 30 տարիների ընթացքում չի հասկացել, որ հակամարտությունը չի կարող լուծված համարվել Արցախի հայության իրավունքների հաշվին, ուրեմն նրան պետք է պարտադրել այդ լուծումը։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը։

«Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի տարբեր առիթներով հայտարարությունները եւ ընդհանրապես այն հռետորաբանությունը, որն օգտագործվում է ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կողմից, հստակ ցուցիչ են, որ խաղաղ գոյակցության մասին ցանկացած հեռանկար ուղիղ իմաստով անդառնալի հետեւանքներ է պարունակում, վտանգի տակ է դնում Արցախի ժողովրդի հիմնարար իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները եւ առաջին հերթին ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը, կյանքն ու արժանապատվությունը։ Արցախցին երբեք, կրկնում եմ` երբեք չի ապրել եւ չի կարող ապրել Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղությամբ, սա տարիների դառնությամբ եւ բազմադրվագ ու հանցավոր իրադարձություններով փաստագրված իրողություն է:

Իմաստազուրկ եւ ապարդյուն քայլեր են հակառակը ցուցադրելու կամ բեմադրելու բոլոր փորձերը, արցախցու համոզմունքն այս հարցում անբեկանելի ու անհերքելի է: Իրողությունները պետք է ճշմարիտ ու արդարացի գնահատեն արտաքին այն բոլոր ուժերը, միջազգային այն բոլոր կառույցները, ովքեր հանդիսանում են խաղաղ մարդու պարզագույն` կյանքի իրավունքի պաշտպանն ու ջատագովը: Միջազգային հանրությունը պիտի վերջնականապես ընկալի, որ պարզապես չի կարող լինել խաղաղ գոյակցություն այն ժողովուրդի հետ, որը տարիներ շարունակ սնվել է հայատյացության աննկարագրելի ծավալի հասնող «թույնով», որն ընդամենը ամիսներ առաջ իրականացրել է ամենադաժան պատերազմական հանցագործությունները՝ թիրախավորելով Արցախի գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերն ու բնակչությանը, խոշտանգել եւ անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի է արժանացրել հայ ռազմագերիներին եւ զոհված զինծառայողների մարմինները։

Ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը կարգավորված չէ, նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո ստեղծված իրավիճակում ամեն օր խախտվում են Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքները, իսկ Ալիեւը խոսում է հակամարտության լուծված լինելու մասին ու սպառնում նոր պատերազմով։ Այդ երեւույթի գոյության հիմնական պատճառն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից 2020 թվականի աշնանը Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ սանձազերծված ագրեսիվ պատերազմն առ այսօր իրավական հստակ գնահատականի չի արժանացել։

Եթե Ալիեւը 30 տարիների ընթացքում չի հասկացել, որ հակամարտությունը չի կարող լուծված համարվել Արցախի հայության իրավունքների հաշվին, ուրեմն նրան պետք է պարտադրել այդ լուծումը։

Միջազգային հանրությունը վերջապես պետք է հասկանա, որ ցուցաբերվող կրավորական կեցվածքով ուղղակի կասկածի տակ է դնում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության համընդհանրության եւ առաջնահերթության ողջ գաղափարաբանությունը եւ զիջում ու պարտության է մատնում մարդու իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները բռնապետությանն ու ագրեսիային»,- գրել է նա։
