Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում մեկնարկել է «Իզմիրլյան» բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Արմեն Չարչյանի գործով նիստը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջինս հունիսի 23-ին կալանավորվել էր։  Չարչյանը մեղադրվում է ընտրություններին մասնակցելուն հարկադրելու համար։

Նրա ներկայացուցիչները միջնորդեցին մինչդատական վարույթում փոխել վերջինիս խափանման միջոցը։ Փաստաբան Արամ Վարդևանյանը առաջարկեց կալանավորումը փոխարինել գրավով։

Փաստաբան Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանը «շնորհակալություն» հայտնեց Չարչյանին կալանավորած դատավոր Մելիքսեթյանին, քանի որ վերջինս մասնակի է բավարարել միջնորդությունն այն դեպքում, երբ դատախազը պնդում էր, թե գործով կան մոտ 80 վկա, որոնց մասնակցությամբ դեռևս գործողություններ չեն իրականացվել և չի բացառվում, որ Չարչյանը կարող է ազդեցություն ունենալ։ Ըստ պաշտպանության կողմի՝ գործով բոլոր վկաներն արդեն հարցաքննվել են, տվել ցուցմունքներ, հետևաբար, Չարչյանը, մնալով ազատության մեջ, չի կարող ազդեցություն ունենալ գործով վկաների նկատմամբ։

Պաշտպանը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ Չարչյանի մասնակցությամբ առերես հարցաքննություն նախաքննության ընթացքում տեղի չի ունեցել, ուստի, նրա դեմ մեղադրական բնույթի ցուցմունք տված անձինք չկան։ Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանն ընդգծեց՝ առկա են բոլոր հիմքերը՝ Արմեն Չարչյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը գրավով փոխարինելու համար։
