Այսօր Խաղողօրհնեքի՝ Սուրբ Աստվածածնի Վերափոխման տոնն է

Այսօր տոնվում է Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու հինգ տաղավար տոներից չորրորդը՝ Վերափոխումն Սբ Աստվածածնի, որը ժողովրդի մոտ ավելի լայն տարածում ունի որպես Խաղողօրհնեք: Սա Տիրամորը նվիրված տոներից մեկն է, որը համարվում է ամենահինը:

Ըստ առաջին դարի ականատեսների վկայություններով կազմված եկեղեցական ավանդույթի՝ Քրիստոսի համբարձումից որոշ ժամանակ անց Գաբրիել հրեշտակն այցելել է Աստվածածնին և հաղորդել, որ շուտով նա պիտի կրկին հանդիպի իր Որդուն։

Մեծ ուրախությամբ լսելով այդ լուրը՝ Սուրբ Մարիամը բարձրացել է Ձիթենյաց լեռը, որտեղից համբարձվել էր Որդին, աղոթել, ապա կանչել բարեկամներին և հրաժեշտ տվել։ Այդ գիշեր նրա հոգին բաժանվել է մարմնից։ Երեք օր շարունակ նրա շիրիմին այցելողները զարմանքով պատմել են այդտեղից ճառագող զարմանալի լույսի մասին։ Երրորդ օրը հրեշտակներն իրենց ձեռքերին վեր են բարձրացրել Տիրամոր մարմինը, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցնում է քրիստոնեության անկյունաքարային դրույթը՝ մարդը հարություն է առնում նաև մարմնով.  ըստ էության նա անմահ է։ Այսօրվա տոնը քրիստոնյային հիշեցնում է  հենց այդ մասին։

Այսօր պատարագի ավարտին եկեղեցում օրհնվում և բաժանվում են բազմախորհուրդ խաղողի ողկույզները։ Հնում ընդունված էր մինչև խաղաղօրհնեքը խաղող չճաշակել, տոնը նշվում էր ողջ համայնքով՝ մեծ հանդիսությամբ, երգ ու պարով։ Հայոց աշխարհի տարբեր վայրերում հատուկ այս օրվա համար կան ավանդական ուտեստների բաղադրատոմսեր։ Դրանցից մեկը խաղողօրհնեքի հալվան է. այն պատրաստում են փոխինձը յուղ ու մեղրաջրով դաղելով, և երբ
զանգվածը ոսկեգույն է դառնում, ավելացնում են այնքան ջուր, որ ստացվի պինդ զանգված, լցնում ափսեի մեջ, նախշում խաչերով կամ ուղղահայաց գծերով։

Տոնական սեղանից առավել կարևորվում էր երգ ու պարը, հատկապես, «Աստվածածնա» պարը։ Իր ակունքներում այս պարը հեթանոսական մայր Աստվածության պաշտանմունքի մնացորդների հետ է առնչվում, պարը նվիրված էր պտղաբերության դիցուհի Անահիտին։ Նախաքրիստոնեական շրջանում ևս կատարվում էր խաղողօրհնություն՝ պտղաբերություն խորհրդանշող արարողություն, և ծիսակարգի բաղադրիչ էր այս պարը:

Քրիստոնեությամբ վերաիմաստավորված ավանդույթի մեջ «Աստվածածնա» պարը նվիրվեց Մարիամ Աստվածածնին, և սկսեցին պարել միայն Տիրամոր վերափոխման տոնին։ Այն կատարում են խառը՝ տղամարդիկ ու կանայք, տարեցներն ու երիտասարդները: Պարում  կլոր, փակ շրջանը պարտադիր է: Կանգնում են կողք կողքի, երեսները դեպի շրջանի կենտրոնը: Բռնում են թևկախ, ափ-ափի։ Այն դանդաղ, հանդիսավոր պար է: Այդ պարեղանակը հազվադեպ են նվագում: Առաջներում այն տարածված է եղել հատկապես Ջավախքում, որտեղ այժմ հարսանիքների կամ սովորական տոնախմբությունների ժամանակ այդ պարեղանակով մենապար են պարում:

Աստվածածնի վերափոխման տոնին հաջորդող օրը մարդիկ անմահության ավետիսը տանում են ննջեցյալների շիրիմներին։
