Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի ոլորտը, ըստ էության, շարունակում է մնալ վատթարագույն վիճակում:

Տաթևիկ Ռևազյանի նշանակումից ի վեր ոլորտում սկսվել էր կադրերի արտահոսք, հեռացել էին ոլորտում երկարամյա աշխատանքային փորձ ունեցող ղեկավար կազմի աշխատակիցներ, և այդ արտահոսքը, ըստ էության, 168.am-ի տեղեկություններով, մինչև այժմ չի դադարում:

Մեզ փոխանցեցին՝ վերջերս ևս աշխատանքից ազատվել են մի շարք աշխատակիցներ, այդ թվում նաև՝ Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Գալուստ Պողոսյանը, ով այդ պաշտոնին նշանակվել էր հենց Տաթևիկ Ռևազյանի ղեկավարման օրոք:

Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջինիս ղեկավարման ընթացքում ավելի վաղ իրենց զբաղեցրած պաշտոնները լքել են Քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեի թռիչքային պիտանիության վարչության պետ Վահրամ Սայադյանը, իրավաբանական վարչության պետ Լևոն Ջանիբեկյանը, կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Արսեն Պողոսյանը, ով պատասխանատու էր ավիացիոն անվտանգության վերահսկման համար, և այլք:

Հայկական գրանցում ունեցող օդանավերին ԵՄ «սև ցուցակից» դուրս բերելու համար հարկավոր է ոլորտի մասնագետների լուրջ աշխատանք: Սակայն, ինչպես երևում է քաղավիացիայի ոլորտում ստեղծված իրավիճակից, ոլորտային նեղ մասնագիտացում ունեցող աշխատակիցները, իրար հերթ չտալով, դուրս են գալիս աշխատանքից: Իսկ ովքեր էլ դեռ շարունակում են աշխատել կոմիտեում, աշխատում են օր առաջ աշխատանքից դուրս գալու տրամադրությամբ:

Այս տեմպերով շարունակելու դեպքում ՔԱԿ-ը՝ որպես պետական մարմին, ուղղակի չի կարողանա շարունակել աշխատել՝ կատարելով իրեն վերապահված լիազորությունները: Եվ հերթական անգամ, երբ օդանավ առևանգվի կամ կրկին ինչ-որ անվտանգային հարցերով խնդիր առաջանա, այլևս զարմանալ էլ հարկավոր չի լինի. չկա մասնագետ՝ չկա անվտանգություն ապահովող:
