Ստացել ենք Հայաստանի և տարածաշրջանի համար խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջան բացելու համար մանդատ, խորհրդարանում իր հայտարարությունը կրկնեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Սարգիս Խանդանյանի հարցին, թե հաջորդիվ ի՞նչ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվելու Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների կարգավորման, երկաթուղու և ճանապարհների գործարկման ուղղությամբ։

Փաշինյանը ԱԺ ամբիոնից կրկնեց նաև Հայաստանի հետ խոսակցություն սկսելու «պատրաստակամության» վերաբերյալ Թուրքիայից ստացած «դրական ազդակների», հարաբերությունների կարգավորման շուրջ Հայաստանի արտահայտած պատրաստակամության մասին ավելի վաղ հնչեցրած իր հայտարարությունը, ապա ասաց․

«Հաջորդ քայլը, երբ փոխադարձաբար արտահայտվում է խոսակցություն սկսելու պատրաստակամություն, ենթադրվում է, որ պիտի կոնկրետ քայլեր ձեռնարկվեն այդ խոսակցությունն սկսելու համար։ Այդ խոսակցությունը կարող է լինել աշխատանքային։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ, օրինակ, խոսակցությունը տրամաբանորեն պիտի լինի նախ աշխատանքային, ապա, եթե տեսնենք, որ կան կոնկրետ արդյունքներ արձանագրելու հնարավորություններ կամ կա դրա անհրաժեշտությունը, պիտի լինեն և կարող են լինել նաև հրապարակային»։

Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ այս պահին իրենք գործում են արդեն հայտարարվածի շրջանակում և պատրաստվում են այդ ուղղությամբ էլ առաջ գնալ։

«Ի միջի այոց, այսօր ես մեկնում եմ Դուշանբե՝ մասնակցելու ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովին, որտեղ Հայաստանը կստանձնի ՀԱՊԿ նախագահությունը, և այդ թեմային անդրադարձ պիտի կատարեմ նաև այդ ֆորմատում։ Ըստ էության, ասելիքը պիտի տեղավորվի այն շրջանակում, ինչն արդեն հասցրել եմ ասել հենց այս ամբիոնից», - եզրափակեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
