Անկախացումից մինչ օրս Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքը հիմնականում կառուցված է եղել ըննդեմ նախորդների օրակարգի վրա, ինչը, համաձայնեք, որ թույլ չի տալիս առաջ նայել և ապագային միտված քաղաքական քայլեր ծավալել: Մինչդեռ, անկախությունը լավ հնարավորություն էր ազգային օրակարգ ձևավորելու և դրան միտված քաղաքական գործունեություն ծավալելու համար: Անկախությունը նաև լավ հնարավորություն էր 70 տարիների խորհրդային կարգերին հարիր համահարթեցման քաղաքականությանը վերջ դնելու և սեփականը հիմնելու համար, սակայն, ցավոք Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքը կառուցվեց բոլորովին այլ տրամաբանությամբ, որը շարունակվում է մինչ օրս:

Մինչդեռ, ժամանակն է, որ քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվեն մասնագիտական հմտություններ և աշխարհաքաղաքական գիտելիք ունեցող անձինք: Մի՞թե մեր երկրում չկան կրթված ու փորձառու գործիչներ, որոնք քաղաքական օրակարգը կառուցեն ոչ թե հասարակությանը սևերի ու սպիտակների բաժանելով, այլ ի վիճակի լինեն մասնագիտական բանավեճ ծավալել ու ներկայացնել սեփական դիրքորոշումը: Անշուտ կարելի է գտնել մեկ տասնյակից ավելի կուսակցություններ, որոնց համար չկան սևեր ու սպիտակներ, նախկիններ ու ներկաներ:

Մասնագիտական և կազմակերպչական հմտությունների շնորհիվ շատ կուսակցություններ են ի վիճակի սթափ վերլուծել քաղաքական անցուդարձն ու առաջարկել շատ հարցերի լուծման սեփական մոտեցումները, ինչպես, օրինակ, Արթուր Ղազինյանի ղեկավարած «Մեկ Հայաստան» և վերջերս ձևավորված շատ այլ կուսակցություններ, որոնք դեռևս գտնվում են դադարի ռեժիմում:
