«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ներսում պատգամավորները բաժանվել են մի քանի թեւերի: Ըստ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների՝ նույնիսկ կան անձինք, որոնք «սեւ ցուցակում» են գտնվում: Խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանը ներսում այդքան էլ մեծ դերակատարում չունի, ուղղակի կերպար է, որին խմբակցությունը, մեղմ ասած, «չի ենթարկվում»:

Նույն կարգավիճակում է նաեւ խմբակցության քարտուղար Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը, որը նախկին խմբակցության քարտուղար Հակոբ Սիմիդյանի պես ուժային մեթոդներ չի կիրառում, անգամ չի կազմակերպում քվեարկությունները: Իհարկե, մեծ հաշվով, բոլորն իրականացնում են գործադիրից եկող հրահանգները, սակայն լոկալ հարցերում խմբավորումների ղեկավարներն են գործում. Տեղեկացանք, որ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը ունեն իրենց խմբերը: Մի խումբ կա, որ ենթարկվում է Մարիա Կարապետյանին, մի խումբը ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի վերահսկողության տակ է, կան մարդիկ որոնք տարբեր հարցեր քննարկում են Հրաչյա Հակոբյանի հետ: Այսինքն՝ 72 հոգուց բաղկացած խմբակցությունը բաժանվել է «մասերի»:

Իսկ, ահա, ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Արսեն Թորոսյանը «սեւ ցուցակում» է, թիմում գրեթե բոլորը խնդիրներ են ունեցել Թորոսյանի հետ, երբ նա նախարար էր կամ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը: ԱԺ-ում կարծես անկախ ուղղություն լինի կառավարության աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը, որին եւս թիմը չի ընդունում նույն Թորոսյանի նման վարքագիծ ունենալու պատճառով: ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանը մեկուսացած է թիմից ու իրեն դեռ նախարարի կարգավիճակում է զգում` վերեւից նայելով մեծամասնությանը:
