«Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը, բացարձակ կողմ լինելով պատմական արդարության և ճշմարտության վերականգնմանը, Ղրիմը պաշտոնապես ճանաչում է որպես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության անքակտելի մաս:

Ավելին, ելնելով ինչպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային-պետական շահից, այնպես էլ «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության ծրագրի ներքոնշյալ կետերից, կոչ ենք անում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բարձրագույն իշխանությանը՝ ի դեմս ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, անհապաղ դրսևորել համարձակություն, և, հրապարակավ, Ղրիմը պաշտոնապես ճանաչել որպես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության անքակտելի մաս, ինչպես նաև ամբողջությամբ խզել կապերը մարդակործան ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ՝ արժևորելով անվերապահ անդամակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին: Հակառակ դեպքում, ի դեմս ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բարձրագույն իշխանության կողմից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ ոչ միայն վերջին երեք տարվա համագործակցությունը կլինի կեղծ, այլև ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից անընդհատ հնչեցվող հայ-ռուսական գերազանց հարաբերությունների մասին խոսքերը, որոնք կնմանվեն, նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից, ավազի վրա անընդհատ կառուցվող և անընդհատ փլուզվող տան:
Ձեզ եմ ներկայացնում «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության ծրագրի մի հատվածը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին քաղաքականության և արտաքին անվտանգության ուղղվածությունը.

Անբեկանելի է, որ 21-րդ դարում Երկիր մոլորակում չկա որևէ պետության մեջ գործող մի կուսակցություն, որն իր ժողովրդի և իր պետության անվտանգության և վերջինիս հզորացման համար չունենա դաշնակից-բարեկամ պետություն, որն էլ ենթադրում է արտաքին քաղաքականության կողմնորոշվածություն:
Այո՛, «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունն, իր ստեղծման պահից, շատ լավ գիտակցում է և համոզված է, որ, բացառապես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ` ի դեմս քրիստոնյա ռուս ժողովրդի, պետք է առաջ շարժվենք և հզորացնենք Հայաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը` որպես հավատարիմ, անդավաճան քրիստոնյա եղբայրների և դաշնակից-բարեկամ պետությունների: Հայերիս ի վերուստ տրված հայկական բարձրավանդակում խաղաղություն ապահովելը բացառապես կախված է Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ազնիվ, անփոխարինելի բարեկամությունից, հետևաբար, պետք է՝

• նպաստել և աջակցել քրիստոնյա հայ և ռուս ժողովուրդների՝ դաշնակից-բարեկամ պետությունների՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ազնիվ ու անփոխարինելի բարեկամության անընդհատ ամրապնդմանն ու հզորացմանը.
• նպաստել և աջակցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև պետական իշխանությունների (օրենսդիր, գործադիր, դատական մարմիններ) կողմից պաշտոնապես կնքված ռազմական, քաղաքական, տնտեսական և մյուս ոլորտներին վերաբերող բոլոր միջազգային պայմանագրերի կատարմանը, պահպանմանն ու նոր՝ առավել արդյունավետ պայմանագրերի կնքմանը.
• նպաստել և աջակցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև տնտեսության բոլոր ճյուղերին վերաբերող համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը, ինչպես նաև՝ նոր ծրագրերի ստեղծմանն ու իրագործմանը.
• նպաստել և աջակցել Հավաքական Անվտանգության Պայմանագրի Կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) արդյունավետ գործունեությանն ու հեղինակության բարձրացմանը.
• նպաստել և աջակցել Եվրասիական Տնտեսական Միության (ԵԱՏՄ) արդյունավետ գործունեությանն ու հեղինակության բարձրացմանը.
• Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ռազմաքաղաքական և տնտեսական արտաքին գործունեությունը միայն ու միայն պետք է լինի Հավաքական Անվտանգության Պայմանագրի Կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) մեջ:
