Դավիթ Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
 
Հարգարժան քաջարանցիներ և սյունեցիներ, այսօր "ԶՊՄԿ" ՓԲԸ-ում տեղի ունեցած բողոքի ակցիան վստահ եմ, որ բոլորդ էլ համացանցով հետևել և հետևություններ ենք արել, բայց շատերը խորը չեն վերլուծել և ընկալել, որ ակցիայի նպատակը մեկն էր` մոտալուտ տնտեսական վտանգներից խուսափելու և հարյուրավոր, ինչու՞ չէ նաև հազարավոր ընտանիքներ պարապուրդից և անգործությունից փրկելու համար։
 
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ գործարանը իր ողջ պատմության ընթացքում նույնիսկ տնտեսական ամենաճգնաժամային տարիներին երբևէ չի դադարեցրել կամ դանդաղեցրել իր արտադրական տեմպերը։
 
Բայց 2021 թ-ի հուլիսից հետո, երբ աշխատանքից ազատվեցին արդյունաբերական հսկայի արտադրական "ողնաշարի" 38` իրենց գործին հմուտ և արհեստավարժ մասնագետներ, ընդհուպ մինչև գործարանի արտադրամասի պետեր` ձեռնարկությունը կամաց-կամաց թուլացրեց իր նախկին տեմպերը գրեթե բոլոր ուղղություններով։
 
Ներկայացնեմ այն խնդիրները, որոնք այսօր առկա են`
 
✅սկսվեց համատարած ամենաթողությունը (бардак)։
 
✅ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը լինելով ոլորտից կիլոմետրերով հեռու, չի կարողանում համակարգել ձեռնարկության բնականոն աշխատանքը, ինչը էական վնաս է հասցրել արտադրողական ծավալներին։
 
✅Էական և զգալի փոփոխություններ են կրել աշխատավարձերի չափերը, որի վառ օրինակը և ապացույցը բացահանքի վարորդների ամենամյա անլսելի բողոքներն են։
 
✅օրեցօր բարձիթողի վիճակը հաճախակիացրել է խոսակցությունները գողության մասին, ինչը արդեն խոսում է մարդկանց սոցիալական վիճակի վատթարացման մասին։
 
✅խոսակցություններ են պտտվում այն մասին, որ մինչև դեկտեմբեր 300 աշխատատեղի կրճատում կլինի։
 
✅իսկ այսպես շարունակվելու դեպքում գործարանը ստիպված կդադարեցնի իր գործունեությունը, որի արդյունքում մենք բոլորս կբախվենք ամենալուրջ խնդրին։
Հազարավոր ընտանիքներ իրենց կյանքի որակն ու ապրելակերպը ապահովում են այս ձեռնարկության շնորհիվ իսկ անգործ մնալու դեպքում չեմ էլ ուզում խոսել դրա անդառնալի հետևանքների մասին։
 
❗Ելնելով վերոնշյալ վտանգներից` այսօրվա ակցիայի պահանջը մեկ նպատակ ուներ և մեկ նպատակ էր հետապնդում, աշխատանքից ազատված արտադրամասերի պետերին և փորձառու մասնագետներին վերականգնել իրենց նախկին աշխատատեղերում` արտադրական "ողնաշարը" ամրացնելու և արտադրությունում ողջ արտադրական գործընթացները անխափան և արդյունավետ համակարգելու և մոտալուտ վերոնշյալ վտանգներից խուսափելու համար։
