Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 18-ին, որոշում է ստորագրել, որում նշվում է․

«Ղեկավարվելով «Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 12-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 4-րդ կետով՝

1. Վլադիմիր Հովհաննիսյանին ազատել հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնից՝ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լուծարման հիմքով:
2. Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում «Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2007 թվականի նոյեմբերի 28-ի ՀՕ-255-Ն օրենքն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու օրվանից»,-նշվում է որոշման մեջ:

Հովհաննիսյանը ծնվել է 1973թ. ապրիլի 12-ին Երևանում՝ ծառայողի ընտանիքում: Բարձրագույն կրթությունն ստացել է Երեւանի պետական համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետում, որն ավարտել է 1995 թվականին՝ ստանալով իրավագետի որակավորում: Միաժամանակ, ավարտել է ԵՊՀ ռազմագիտական ամբիոնը՝ ստանալով լեյտենանտի կոչում: Մասնագիտական գործունեությունն սկսել է ՀՀ ներքին գործերի և ազգային անվտանգության նախարարության քննչական գլխավոր վարչության Շահումյանի քննչական բաժնում՝ աշխատելով որպես քննիչ:

1998-1999թթ ՀՀ ներքին գործերի և ազգային անվտանգության նախարարության քննչական գլխավոր վարչության Շահումյանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչ

1999-2000թթ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության Երևան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա համայնքի դատախազության քննիչ

2000-2007թթ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության Երևան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա համայնքի դատախազության ավագ քննիչ

2007-2008թթ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության Երևան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա համայնքի դատախազության դատախազ

2008-2012թթ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության դատախազ
