ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Սա հակասահմանադրական ռեկետ է։

Վերցրել եմ ՀՀ կառավարության վինետկան ու կես ժամից ավելի է փորձում եմ ադեկվատ հայացքով մեկին գտնել, ում կարողանամ ուղղել խիստ տրամաբանական եւ օրինչափ հարցերս։ Բնականաբար, չգտա, ուստի հարցերը հնչեցնում եմ հրապարակային եւ հուսամ այս հարցերին պատասխանողը կպեղվի։

Եւ այսպես՝ բաց տարածքներում դիմակ կրելու պարտադրանքի մասին.

Հարց առաջին՝ ո՞րն է բաց տարածքներում դիմակ կրելու բժշկական ցուցումը, երբ Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը քանիցս խոսել է բաց տարածքներում դիմակ կրելու անիմաստության մասին։

Հարց երկրորդ՝ ես եւ ինձ նման հազարավոր մարդիկ, որպես օրինապահ քաղաքացիներ, պատվաստվել ենք եւ ուրեմն՝ ինչի՞ ես ու ինձ նման հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ պիտի բաց տարածքում դիմակ կրենք։

Հարց երրորդ՝ պատվաստվելուց հետո ես եւ ինձ նման հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ, այդուհանդերձ, վարակվել եւ հիվանդացել ենք քովիդով, բարեբախտաբար, չենք մահացել եւ հիմա ունենք «դաբլ» իմունիտետ եւ հակամարմինների մի հսկայական բույլ։

Եւ ուրեմն՝ ինչի՞ պիտի ես ու ինձ նման հազարավոր այլ քաղաքացիներ բաց տարածքներում դիմակ կրենք։

Հարց չորրորդ՝ բերեք մեկ քաղաքակիրթ երկրի օրինակ, կամ՝ անգամ ոչ քաղաքակիրթ, օրինակ Պապուա Գվինեան, որտեղ պատվաստված, կամ քովիդ տարած ու առողջացած մարդուն պարտադրում են բաց տարածքում դիմակ կրել։

Չեք կարող, որովհետեւ չկա նման օրինակ։

Հարց հինգերորդ՝ հրապարակե՛ք Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության որեւէ պաշտոնական ցուցում՝ հիմա, այս փուլում, բաց տարածքներում դիմակ կրելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Չկա։ Չեք կարող։

Եւ հարց վերջին՝ եթե որոշել եք տուգանային հարվածներով բյուջեն լցնել, առաջարկում եմ առավել եկամտաբեր տարբերակ՝ հին Հռոմում սահմանված էր ստրկությունից ազատվելու հարկ։

Ստրուկները ոչ միայն իրենց տերերին, այլ նաեւ պետությանը հարկ պիտի վճարեին՝ իրենց ազատությունը գնելու համար։ Վստահ եմ՝ ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի մուտքերը էնքան կաճեն, որ կփակեք նաեւ 10 միլիարդ դոլարի հասնող ՀՀ արտաքին պարտքը։

Իսկ բաց տարածքներում դիմակ կրելու համար տուգանքը հակասահմանադրական ռեկետ է»։
