Civilnet-ի հետ զրույցում ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն, ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանն անդրադարձել է իր պաշտոնավարման օրոք Ադրբեջանի հետ օպերատիվ կապ հաստատելու նպատակներին, ներկայացրել է, թե ինչ գործառույթ է կատարել ինքը՝ որպես ԱԱԾ տնօրեն, այդ կապը պահպանելով։

«Այդ կապը կոնկրետ իմ մասով ես իրականացրել եմ բացառապես սահմանային միջադեպերի հետ կապված հարցերով։ Օրինակ՝ մոլորվում էր մի հովիվ, անցնում էր Ադրբեջանի կողմ, զանգահարում էինք Ադրբեջան, ասում էինք՝ մեր հովիվը մոլորվել է, վերադրարձրեք կամ մտնում ենք, հետ բերենք։ Սահմանային միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել, վիրավորվել է հայ զինծառայող, և այդ կապի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է եղել հայ զինծառայողի նեյտրալ գոտուց վերադարձնել և փրկել նրա կյանքը։ Եղել են դեպքեր, երբ ադրբեջանական կողմը փորձել է իրականացնել ինժենարական աշխատանքներ, ՀՀ կամ Արցախի ԶՈՒ սկսել են կրակել, որպեսզի այդ ուղղությամբ ինժեներական աշխատանքներ չիրականացվեն, ադրբեջանական կողմը պատասխանել է, լարվածություն է առաջացել, և այդ լարվածությունը հնարավոր է եղել կանգնեցնել։ Այսինքն, իմ օպերատիվ կապը բացառապես միտված է եղել սահմանային միջադեպերը կանխելուն, հանդարտեցնելուն։ Մենք անգամ դեպք ենք ունեցել, երբ Նախիջևանի կողմից հրդեհ էր բռնկվել և արդեն մոտենում էր Հայաստանի սահմանին, նաև Խոսրովի արգելոցին, և այդ կապի շնորհիվ մեր հրշեջ-փրկարարները կարողացել են անցնել դեպի ադրբեջանական տարածքներ և այնտեղ իրականացնել հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներ։ Դա է եղել օպերատիվ կապը»,- մանրամասնել է Արթուր Վանեցյանը։

Նա արձագանքել է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից իր անունը շահարկելու փաստին․ ԱԺ-ում հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ Փաշինյանը, պատասխանելով օպերատիվ կապի վերաբերյալ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավորի հարցին, հերթական մանիպուլյացիային էր դիմել՝ շեշտելով ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրենի անունը և մեղադրանքներ ուղղելով նրան։ 

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ԱԺ-ում մի շատ կարևոր բան չասաց․ բացի ինձնից, ևս մեկ անձ է եղել, ով օպերատիվ կապ է պահպանել՝ քաղաքական բնույթի հարցերով։ Ինչու՞ դրա մասին չեն խոսում։ Թող դրա մասին խոսեն։ Ես չեմ ասի՝ ով է, թող իրենք ասեն։ Գործող պաշտոնյա է։ Ինձնից հետո ԱԱԾ բոլոր ղեկավարներն այդ կապը պահել են ու պահում են մինչ օրս»,- ընդգծել է Արթուր Վանեցյանը։
