ՀՀ ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը, խմբակցության քարտուղար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը նոյեմբերի 4-ին հանդիպել են Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի մոնիտորինգի հանձնաժողովի Հայաստանի հարցերով համազեկուցողներ Կիմո Կիլյունենի եւ Բորիանա Աբերգի հետ: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ԱԺ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ հաղորդակցության վարչությունից:

Արթուր Վանեցյանը խոսել է Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած 44-օրյա պատերազմի եւ դրա հետեւանքների մասին: Խմբակցության ղեկավարն ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ պատերազմում գործուն մասնակցություն է ունեցել նաեւ Թուրքիան: Արթուր Վանեցյանը հրատապ է համարել Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերեվարված անձանց անհապաղ վերադարձի հարցը, ինչն ամրագրված է 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ: Այս համատեքստում կարեւորվել է միջազգային բոլոր գործընկերների աջակցությունը` ստիպելու Ադրբեջանին վերադարձնել գերեվարված անձանց:

Անդրադառնալով անվտանգային խնդիրներին` խորհրդարանականները մտահոգություն են հայտնել Ադրբեջանի` Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքների նկատմամբ նկրտումների եւ ուժի կիրառման, հակահայ քարոզչության վերաբերյալ, ինչը չի նպաստում տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատմանը:

Պատգամավորներն իրենց դիրքորոշումներն են հայտնել արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո երկրի ներքաղաքական կյանքում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների վերաբերյալ: Նշվել է, որ ընդդիմադիր 2 պատգամավոր գտնվում է անազատության մեջ, իսկ ԱԺ երկու ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների զգալի թվով պատգամավորների դեմ հարուցված են քրեական գործեր: Ըստ Արթուր Վանեցյանի`  իշխանությունը փորձում է քրեական գործերով լռեցնել քաղաքական հակառակորդներին, ինչպես նաեւ սահմանափակել այդ պատգամավորների ազատ տեղաշարժը, այլ խոսքով` խոչընդոտել նրանց` պատգամավորական գործունեությունից բխող գործուղումների մեկնումը:

Հյուրերի խնդրանքով Արթուր Վանեցյանն ու Հայկ Մամիջանյանն անդրադարձել են մեր երկրում ընտրական բարեփոխումներին, դատական համակարգին, ԶԼՄ-ների անկախությանը եւ խոսքի ազատության մտահոգիչ սահմանափակումներին առնչվող հարցերի:
