«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ իր զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից ազատվեց պաշտպանության նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը։ Նա պաշտոնավարեց ընդամենը երեք ամսից մի փոքր ավելի: Օրվա ընթացքում տարբեր վարկածներ էին շրջանառվում Կարապետյանի պաշտոնանկության հետ կապված, այդ թվում՝ Արցախ այցելելը, նահանջի հրաման տալուց հրաժարվելը, իշխանության՝ հակառուսականության ծրագրի նոր «սերիան» և այլն: Նախագահի հրամանագրով պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակվեց փոխվարչապետ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը։

«Փաստ» թերթի կառավարական աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այս խմորը դեռ շատ ջուր է վերցնելու, և փոփոխությունները սրանով չեն ավարտվի։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, նախօրեին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ուղղակի պատեպատ է տվել բոլորին, այդ թվում՝ իրավապահ մարմինների ղեկավարներին, որոնց հանձնարարել է մի քանի անգամ ուժեղացնել պետական ապարատի վերահսկողությունը, որպեսզի ավելորդ «լ յապեր» չլինեն։ Մեր ունեցած տեղեկությունների համաձայն, առաջիկա օրերին արմատական փոփոխություններ են սպասվում թե՛ ՊՆ-ում, թե՛ Գլխավոր շտաբում։ Չի բացառվում, որ փոփոխություններ լինեն պետական այլ կառույցներում ևս:

Կառավարության մեր աղբյուրներն ասում են, որ Փաշինյանի նման պահվածքի պատճառները մի քանիսն են և չեն սահմանափակվում միայն նախօրեին սահմանին տեղի ունեցածով: Մասնավորաբար, ի թիվս այլ պատճառների, առկա են ստեղծված կացության մեջ «քավության նոխազներ» նշանակելու և պատասխանատվությունն իրենից հնարավորինս հեռացնելու հերթական փորձի գործոնը, ինչպես նաև առաջիկայում սպասվելիք գրավոր ու բանավոր համաձայնությունների ձեռքբերման պարագայում իրեն հարմար ու խնդիրներ չառաջացնող, չհակաճառող «ռասկլադ» ձևավորելու հանգամանքը:
