ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի բանակցային գործընթացի ամբողջ նպատակը հենց խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման հանգրվանին հասնելն է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 17-ին, Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ հայտարարեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լենա Նազարյանի այն հարցին, թե ի՞նչ է մտածում Ադրբեջանի՝ խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կնքելու վերաբերյալ առաջարկի մասին։

ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը Հայաստանին առաջարկում է կնքել խաղաղության համաձայնագիր որն է մեր պատասխանը ինչ ենք մտածում այդ հարցի շուրջ

«Մենք էլ Ադրբեջանին ենք առաջարկել և առաջարկում կնքել խաղաղության պայմանագիր և ասել ենք, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի բանակցային գործընթացի ամբողջ նպատակը հենց խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման հանգրվանին հասնելն է։ Մինչև այս էլ գոյություն ունեցած բոլոր բանակցային փաթեթներում բանակցային գործընթացի նպատակը խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքումն է։ Եվ ինձ համար տարօրինակ է, որ Ադրբեջանից ասում են՝ մենք անընդհատ առաջարկում ենք Հայաստանին խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել, իսկ Հայաստանից արձագանք չկա։ Մենք այդ մասին տասնյակ անգամ խոսել ենք։ Երբ մենք խոսում ենք բանակցային գործընթացը վերականգնելու մասին և ներգրավված ենք բանակցային գործընթացի մեջ, մեր նպատակը խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումն է, ինչին պետք է նախորդի խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի համաձայնեցումը, ինչը բավականին ծավալուն աշխատանք է, ինչի պատրաստակամությունը մենք հայտնել ենք և համարում ենք մեր օրակարգը նաև»,- նշեց նա։

Նազարյանը մեջբերեց Ադրբեջանի Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Բայրամովի հայտարարությունը, ըստ որի, անհրաժեշտ է լուծել սահմանազատման խնդիրը՝ստեղծել համապատասխան հանձնաժողով և սկսել սահմանազատման գործընթացը ու այս գործընթացով սահմանին լարվածությունը կթուլանա, և խնդրեց մեկնաբանել։

«Սահմանների դելիմիտացիա և դեմարկացիա սկսելը մեր օրակարգն է, և մենք դա արձանագրել ենք կառավարության ծրագրում, հետևաբար՝ եթե Ադրբեջանը նույնպես ընդունում է այդ օրակարգը պետք է հասկանալ՝ ի՞նչն է դրան խանգարում»,- արձագանքեց Փաշինյանը։
