Նոյեմբերի 16-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հեռախոսազրույցներ է ունեցել ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի, իսկ նոյեմբերի 17-ին՝ Շվեդիայի ԱԳ նախարար, ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ Անն Լինդեի, ինչպես նաև ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի եվրոպական և եվրասիական հարցերով տեղակալ Քերըն Դոնֆրիդի հետ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ տարածած հաղորդագրությունից:

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Միրզոյանը գործընկերներին մանրամասն ներկայացրել է նոյեմբերի 16-ին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ սանձազերծված ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը։

Արարատ Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ այս գործողություններին նախորդել են Ադրբեջանի բարձրագույն իշխանությունների կողմից ամիսներ շարունակ Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության դեմ ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիքները և ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությունը, ինչպես նաև ընթացիկ տարվա մայիսի 12-ից ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ներթափանցումը ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք՝ Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի ուղղությամբ:

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը շեշտել է, որ տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի դեէսկալացիայի ու կայունության հաստատման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերին ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները հերթական ագրեսիա են ձեռնարկել ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ։

Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից հասցեական արձագանքի և հետևողական գործողությունների իրականացման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքների նկատմամբ բացահայտ ոտնձգություններն ու սադրիչ գործողությունները զսպելու համար։

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձ են կատարել նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության մանդատի ներքո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացին: Այս համատեքստում կարևորվել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ տարածաշրջան շուտափույթ այցելության իրականացումը:

Կողմերը նաև մտքեր են փոխանակել հրատապ լուծում պահանջող հումանիտար խնդիրների վերաբերյալ: Այս առնչությամբ Արարատ Միրզոյանը շեշտել է հայ ռազմագերիների, պատանդների և այլ պահվող անձանց անվերապահ հայրենադարձման անհրաժեշտությունը։
