Մեր բոլոր ջանքերի նպատակը տարածաշրջանի վերածննդի համար պայմաններ ստեղծելն է։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը՝ Սոչիում բացելով Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հետ հանդիպումը։

«Այս ընթացքում շատ բան է արվել, ցավոք, դեռ բոլոր հարցերը չեն կարգավորվել։ Ես տեղյակ եմ սահմանին տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական դեպքերի մասին, երբ երկու կողմից էլ մարդիկ են զոհվում եւ վիրավորվում։ Այս հարցերը հատուկ ուշադրություն են պահանջում: Մենք հավաքվել ենք՝ հետագայում նման միջադեպերից խուսափելու համար։

Բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ տարվա ընթացքում շատ բան է արվել։ Նախ՝ լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողություններ չեն ընթանում, ինչն ինքնին լավ է։

Այս ընթացքում մեծ աշխատանք է կատարվել փախստականների վերադարձի հետ կապված։ 53 000 մարդ արդեն վերադարձել է մշտական ​​բնակության վայրեր։ Մեր խաղաղապահ զորախումբն արդյունավետ աշխատում է՝ ապահովելով մարդկանց անվտանգությունը։ Գործում է զինադադարի վերահսկման ռուս-թուրքական մոնիթորինգային կենտրոն։ 

Ամենակարեւորն այն է, որ պայմաններ են ստեղծվում հետագա բնականոն, խաղաղ կյանքի համար։ Դա է կարեւորը։ Փոխվարչապետների մակարդակով ստեղծվել է եռակողմ հանձնաժողով։ Իմ գործընկերները զեկուցում են աշխատանքի ընթացքի մասին։ Հեշտ չէ, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, այս աշխատանքն առաջ է ընթանում, եւ հիմքեր կան ենթադրելու, որ մոտ ապագայում մենք կկարողանանք ոչ միայն հաստատել տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ համապատասխան խմբի աշխատանքը, այլեւ կայացնել անհրաժեշտ որոշումները։ Կարծում եմ՝ սա է մեր բոլոր ջանքերի նպատակը՝ պայմաններ ստեղծել տարածաշրջանի վերածննդի համար, որպեսզի մարդիկ իրենց ապահով զգան, իսկ տնտեսությունը՝ զարգացնա։

Այս ամենը պետք է բարենպաստ ազդի երկու երկրների քաղաքացիների կենսամակարդակի վրա։  Ռուսաստանի համար եւս դա մեծ նշանակություն ունի՝ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունների հատուկ բնույթը։ Հարյուրամյակների ընթացքում մենք գտնվել ենք միասնական պետության կազմում, մենք խորը պատմական կապեր ունենք եւ չէինք ցականա, որպեսզի դրանք փլուզվեին, հակառակը՝ մենք պետք է վերականգնենք դրանք»,-ասել է Պուտինը։
