Այսօր բավականին ուշագրավ հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել ՊեԿ նախագահ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը: Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է, որ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հետևողական է համակարգի ներսում աշխատակիցների թույլ տված չարաշահումները հայտնաբերելու գործում։ Կոմիտեի տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներից ստացված հանցագործության մասին հաղորդումների հիման վրա հենց ՊԵԿ-ում հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր, իսկ ծառայողների անմիջական ղեկավարների գրավոր զեկուցագրերի հիման վրա ՊԵԿ  ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունում անցկացվել են ծառայողական քննություններ։

Սա նշանակում է, որ ՊԵԿ-ում շարունակում են ի հայտ գալ որոշակի կոռուպցիոն ռիսկ պարունակող դրվագներ և երևույթներ: Ուշագրավ է, որ ընդամենն ամիսներ առաջ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր, որ իր կառավարության ջանքերի շնորհիվ հաջողվել է հասնել համակարգային կոռուպցիայի ի սպառ վերացմանը պետական կառույցներում, որպես օրինակ նա նշում էր նաև ՊԵԿ-ը: Այժմ նրա կողմից նշանակված Բադասյանը հայտարարում է, որ կառույցում դեռևս շարունակվում են տեղ գտնել արատավոր երևույթներ:

Ի՞ նչ է սա նշանակում: Փաշինյա՞նն է ամիսներ առաջ հանրության գլխի տակ փափուկ բարձ դրել և պոպուլիզմի հերթական մաստեր-կլասսը ցուցաբերել, թե, չգիտես ինչու, ամիսների ընթացքում ՊԵԿ-ից մաքրազերծված համակարգային կոռուպցիան հանկարծակի նոր ծիլ է տվել, գլուխ է բարձրացրել, կառույցի ղեկավարն էլ հպարտորեն ընդունում է այդ հանգամանքը, պարզապես ավետում, որ պայքարում են նման երևույթների դեմ: Մնում էր՝ չպայքարեին:

Հարց է առաջանում՝ ո՞վ է մոլորեցնում հանրությանը` Բադասյա՞նը, թե՞ Փաշինյանը: Նրանցից ո՞վ հանրության աչքերին «թոզ փչելու» առավել շատ հիմքեր ունի...:
