«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Դեկտեմբերի 5-ի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններից առաջ խիստ ուշագրավ պատկեր է ձևավորվել հատկապես Նոր Հաճն խոշորացված համայնքում։ Այստեղ «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցությունը համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում առաջադրել է քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցին և շատ ակտիվ հրապարակային քարոզարշավ է իրականացնում՝ հավասարապես քննադատելով թե՛ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությանը և թե՛ տեղական կոռուպցիոն բուրգին։ Նորհաճնեցիների շրջանում համոզմունք կա, որ իշխանությունը Սուրենյանցի դեմ փաստացի առաջադրել է միանգամից երեք ցուցակ: Նախ՝ իշխող ուժը հանդես է գալիս հենց իր՝ ՔՊ-ի «դեմքով»։

Հաջորդը «Գագիկ Մաթևոսյան» դաշինքն է, որն առաջադրել է Նոր Հաճնի քաղաքապետին, որի կազմած ցուցակը, ինչպես Նոր Հաճնում են ասում, ներառում է տեղական կոռուպցիոն բուրգի ներկայացուցիչներին։ Տեղում կես կատակկես լուրջ ասում են, թե այս միավորը Նոր Հաճնի, այսպես ասած, «Սամվել Բալասանյան» դաշինքն է։ Հաջորդ «անկախ» դիրքերից հանդես եկող ուժը Նոր Գեղիի համայնքապետի անունը կրող «Վարդան Պապյան» դաշինքն է, որին ևս Նոր Հաճնում դասում են «օրիգինալ ընդդիմադիրների» շարքը։

Բանն այն է, որ Վարդան Պապյանը դեռ մեկ ամիս առաջ այս տարածաշրջանի ամենակարկառուն քպականներից էր համարվում, ԱԺ ընտրություններում ղեկավարել է ՔՊ նախընտրական շտաբը ու հարազատ կուսակցությունից իբր «խռովել» է միայն այն պատճառով, որ կարողանա «ինքնուրույն» մասնակցել ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին։ Այս ամենով հանդերձ, Նոր Հաճնի ընտրությունները խիստ ինտրիգային ու անկանխատեսելի են, և չի բացառվում, որ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցի կուսակցությունը բավականին տհաճ անակնկալ մատուցի իր մրցակիցներին։
