ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզպետ Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանն այսօր հանդիպում է ունեցել մարզի հանրակրթական դպրոցների տնօրենների հետ, քննարկել կրթության ոլորտում առկա հարցերն ու առանձնացրել առաջնահերթությունները: Այս մասին հայտնում են Արմավիրի մարզպետարանում:

Ողջունելով հանդիպման մասնակիցներին՝ մարզպետը ներկայացրել է ոլորտում համատեղ անելիքները՝ դրանց հիմքում դնելով մատաղ սերնդի կրթության հանդեպ մեծ պատասխանատվությունը՝ այն պայմանավորելով մեր երկրի զարգացմամբ և հետագա նվաճումներով:

Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանն անդրադարձել է նաև կրթօջախներում կարգապահական հարցերին՝ նկատելով, որ պետք է համառ գտնվել այս ուղղությամբ աշակերտների, ծնողների, ուսուցիչների կողմից դրսևորվող դիմադրությունների նկատմամբ՝ օգտագործելով տնօրենին վերապահված լիազորությունները և տեղի չտալով տարաբնույթ հանգամանքներին:

Անդրադառնալով ուսուցիչների կամավոր ատեստավորման գործընթացին՝ մարզպետ Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանը մտահոգիչ է համարել մարզում մասնակցության ցածր ցուցանիշը՝ նշելով, որ պետությունն այս կերպ խրախուսման մեթոդներ է կիրառել, ուսուցիչներին ինքնակրթվելու, իրենց աշխատանքն առավել գրավիչ դարձնելու և բարձր վարձատրվելու հնարավորություն է ընձեռել, որին պետք է ամենայն լրջությամբ վերաբերվել և 2022 թվականին միջին վիճակագրականից բարձր ցուցանիշ ապահովել:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում մարզպետը դիքորոշում է հայտնել նաև տնօրենների մրցույթների և ընտրության գործընթացի վերաբերյալ՝ այդ համատեքստում ընդգծելով, որ տնօրենի հիմնական դերակատարումը պետք է լինի կրթության որակի ապահովումը՝ մյուս կարգավորումները համարելով հիմնական նպատակին հասնելու միջոց: Նա միաժամանակ ներկայացրել է դպրոցի տնօրենի ընտրության ընթացակարգի կատարելագործման վերաբերյալ իր պատկերացումը՝ մասնավորապես նշելով, որ տնօրենի թեկնածու հանդիսացող անձի կողմից նախ պետք է ներկայացվի գործողությունների պլան և դրա իրականացման արդյունքային ցուցանիշներ, որոնք կարճաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով կարտահայտեն կրթության որակին ուղղված հստակ միջոցառումներ և նկարագրական տվյալներ:

Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանը ոլորտի գործընկերներին տեղեկացրել է նաև, որ 2022 թվականի հունավար ամսից տարբեր ուղղություններով նախատեսվում է հսկողական աշխատանքներ իրականացնել դպրոցներում, որի ընթացքում արձանագրված ցանկացած թերացում, խնդրահարույց իրավիճակ համապատասխան հետևանք կունենա:

Մարզպետ Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանն անդրադարձել է նաև ոլորտում առկա այլ խնդիրներին, ներկայացրել դրանց լուծման հնարավոր ուղիները՝ առաջարկելով միշտ շեշտը դնել անելիքների վրա և ընթացիկ խնդիրների առկայությամբ չպայմանավորել դրանց անտեսումը:
