Հայաստանում, Արցախում և Սփյուռքում ապրող սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոների առթիվ։
 
Անցնող 2021 թվականը դժվար տարի էր բոլորիս համար։ Մեր գրեթե բոլոր կանխատեսումները, ցավոք, իրականացան․ Հայաստանի անվտանգային խնդիրները ոչ միայն չլուծվեցին, այլ նաև բազմապատկվեցին։ Քայլեր չձեռնարկվեցին հետպատերազմական վիճակում գտնվող Արցախի կարգավիճակի, Արցախի տարածքների դեօկուպացիայի, անվտանգության կայուն ու երկարաժամկետ երաշխիքներ ունենալու հարցերը օրակարգ բերելու, միջազգային հանրության համար ընկալելի և ընդունելի դարձնելու ուղղությամբ։ Ճիշտ հակառակը․ անցնող տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից հնչեցին հայտարարություններ, որոնք հարցականի տակ էին դնում Արցախի հայկականությունն ու անկախ պետություն ճանաչվելու հեռանկարը։
 
Անցնող տարվա ընթացքում պատերազմի և պարտության հետևանքները դեռ չհաղթահարած, մենք նոր մարտահրավերների ու խնդիրների առջև կանգնեցինք՝ թշնամու զինված ուժերի՝ ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածք անխոչընդոտ ներխուժման և ռազմական գործողությունների տեսքով, որոնց հետևանքով ունեցանք նոր զոհեր, վիրավորներ ու գերիներ։ Ես խոնարհվում եմ հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար զոհված մեր բոլոր զինծառայողների ընտանիքների առջև, շուտափույթ ապաքինում եմ մաղթում մեր վիրավոր տղաներին։
 
Այսօր մենք ապրում ենք մեր պատմության ամենածանր օրերը։ Ցավոք, 2021 թվականի ընթացքում մեզ չհաջողվեց կանգնեցնել պարտության անիվն ու վերականգնել մեր ազգային արժանապատվությունը։ Մենք շարունակեցինք ականատես լինել գործընթացների, որոնցում Հայաստանը, Արցախն ու հայ ժողովուրդը՝ որպես սուբյեկտ բացակայում են ։ Մենք շարունակեցինք ականատես լինել իրողությունների, երբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների անմիջական աջակցությամբ ամրապնդվում են թշնամու դիրքերը, ընդ որում՝ և՛ ռազմական, և՛ քաղաքական, և՛ դիվանագիտական ճակատներում։
 
Հատուկ բարեմաղթանքներ եմ հղում նաև մեր քաղբանտարկյալներին ու վստահեցնում, որ ինչ-որ մեկի քամահրանքով անազատության մեջ անցկացրած իրենց յուրաքանչյուր օրվա համար բոլոր պատասխանատուները պատասխան են տալու:
 
Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Սփյուռքի սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Այսօր մենք ճանապարհում ենք անցնող տարին՝ հույսով ու հավատով դիմավորելով նոր՝ 2022 թվականը։ Նոր տարում բոլորիս մաղթում եմ խաղաղություն, խոհեմություն և իմաստնություն։ Թող գալիք տարին ազդարարի մեր պարտությունների ավարտը և դառնա մեր նոր հաղթանակների ամուր մեկնարկը։
