Թուրքական գործոնի եւ Կենտրոնական Ասիայի համար ահաբեկչական սպառնալիքի միջեւ վաղուց ակնհայտ կապն ամրապնդվեց Աֆղանստանի իրադարձություններից հետո, իսկ ՀԱՊԿ խաղաղապահների տեղակայումը Ղազախստանում դարձավ թուրքական ազդեցության ընդլայնման սպառնալիքի գիտակցման եւ այն չեզոքացնելու որոշման դրսեւորում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՌԴ գիտությունների ակադեմիայի համաշխարհային տնտեսության եւ միջազգային հարաբերությունների ինստիտուտի ավագ գիտաշխատող Վիկտոր Նադեին-Ռաեւսկին։

Նրա խոսքով՝ դրանով է պայմանավորված Թուրքիայի դժգոհությունը, որը ցանկանում էր այնտեղ միջնորդի դեր խաղալ։ Այս ամենի ֆոնին Անկարան մշտապես շահարկում է Հարավային Կովկասում հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակը՝ փորձելով այն պրոյեկտել Կենտրոնական Ասիայում։

«Առայժմ ոչինչ չի ստացվել, սակայն դա կարող է վերջը չլինել»,-նշեց նա։

Նադեին-Ռաեւսկին վստահություն հայտնեց, որ Մոսկվան չի համաձայնի դուրս բերել իր խաղաղապահներին Ղարաբաղից, քանի որ դա կարող է ավարտվել Ղարաբաղից հայերի արտաքսմամբ եւ նույնիսկ նրանց սպանությամբ։

«Ակնհայտ է, որ առանց Անկարայի օգնության Ադրբեջանը պատերազմ չէր սկսի Ղարաբաղում եւ չէր կարող գրավել այն, սակայն հետպատերազմյան իրողությունների պայմաններում Իլհամ Ալիեւը չի ցանկանում ուժեղացնել Թուրքիայի ազդեցությունն Ադրբեջանում։ Թեեւ Բաքուն չի ցանկանում միանալ ինտեգրացիոն նախագծերին, որոնցում Մոսկվան առաջնակարգ տեղ ունի, այնուամենայնիվ, ցուցաբերում է բուռն հետաքրքրություն դրանց նկատմամբ։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ Բաքվի վրա ճնշման համար Ռուսաստանը ոչ ռազմական մեթոդներ է կիրառում, իսկ ահա որոշ հարցերի ռազմական միջոցով լուծումն Ադրբեջանի համար կարող է վատ ավարտ ունենալ»,-հավելեց փորձագետը։

Ղազախստանում եւ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները, նրա պնդմամբ, պետք է համալիր դիտարկել։

«Երկու երկրներն էլ գտնվում են միեւնույն ինտեգրացիոն կառույցներում, մեկ անվտանգության համակարգում։ Ղազախստանի իրադարձություններն ունեն եւ՛ ներքին (կենսամակարդակի բարձրացման ակնկալիքներ), եւ՛ արտաքին (Արեւմուտքի ակտիվ աշխատանք) պատճառներ: Այստեղ կիրառվել են նույն տեխնոլոգիաները, որոնք նախկինում փորձարկվել են հետխորհրդային այլ երկրներում»,-եզրափակեց թուրքագետը։
