ՀՀ-ի և Լյուքսեմբուրգի ԱԳ նախարարները քննարկել են տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային անվտանգության հարցերը

Հունվարի 26-ին պաշտոնական այցով Լյուքսեմբուրգի Մեծ Դքսությունում գտնվող ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Լյուքսեմբուրգի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան Ասելբորնի հետ:

Երկու երկրների ԱԳ նախարարները բարձր են գնահատել ժողովրդավարության, օրենքի գերակայության և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, ինչպես նաև կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ոլորտներում համագործակցությունը: Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Ժան Ասելբորնը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել առավել ակտիվացնելու երկու երկրների միջև քաղաքական երկխոսությունը:

Ընդգծվել է, որ Հայաստանի և Լյուքսեմբուրգի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյակին ընդառաջ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի՝ երկկողմ համագործակցության պատմության ընթացքում առաջին պաշտոնական այցը որպես նոր խթան կծառայի փոխգործակցության՝ դեռևս չօգտագործված ներուժի իրացման համար։

Մտքեր են փոխանակվել Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն գործընկերության խորացման շուրջ, և այդ համատեքստում ընդգծվել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի արդյունավետ կիրարկումը:

Զրուցակիցները կարևորել են երկու երկրների խորհրդարանների միջև համագործակցությունը, մասնավորապես՝ հայ-լյուքսեմբուրգյան բարեկամական խմբերի միջոցով:

Նախարարները գոհունակությամբ են նշել միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, այդ թվում՝ ԵԽ, ԵԱՀԿ, ՄԱԿ շրջանակներում արդյունավետ համագործակցության փորձը՝ երկուստեք պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով ջանքեր գործադրել՝ ամրապնդելու բազմակողմ մակարդակում սերտ համագործակցությունը:

Հայաստանի և Լյուքսեմբուրգի ԱԳ նախարարները քննարկել են տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային անվտանգության հարցեր: Մտքեր են փոխանակվել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ստեղծված հումանիտար խնդիրների լուծման շուրջ: Նախարար Միրզոյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել 44-օրյա պատերազմի առաջին իսկ օրերից Լյուքսեմբուրգի հստակ դիրքորոշման, այդ թվում՝ Լյուքսեմբուրգի խորհրդարանի՝ Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ռազմական գործողությունները դատապարտող բանաձևի ընդունման համար:

Երկուստեք շեշտվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության համապարփակ և տևական կարգավորման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության մանդատի ներքո:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերությունների` առանց նախապայմանների կարգավորման գործընթացին։ Ընդգծվել է տարածաշրջանի պետությունների միջև փոխգործակցության հաստատման և կայուն զարգացման համար նախադրյալների ստեղծման կարևորությունը։
