Թուրքիայի իշխանություններն անցել են միջազգային ԶԼՄ-ներին

Թուրքիայի հեռարձակման վերահսկող մարմինը երեք միջազգային լրատվամիջոցների 72 ժամ է տվել՝ նրանց գործարկման  համար անհրաժեշտ արտոնագիր ստանալու համար․ հակառակ դեպքում  հարթակները կարգելափակվեն,  հայտնում է Reuters-ը։

Իլհան Թաշին, որը նաեւ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր է, քննադատել է ռադիոյի եւ հեռուստատեսության գերագույն խորհրդի (RTUK) որոշումը՝ գերմանական Deutsche Welle, Voice of America եւ Euronews հեռարձակող ընկերությունների թուրքալեզու վեբ կայքերից արտոնագրեր պահանջելու մասին ՝ հայտարարելով, որ դա նշանավորում է Թուրքիայում ԶԼՄ-ների ազատության վրա հետագա հարձակում։

«Ձայների մեծամասնությամբ որոշում է կայացվել amerikaninsesi.com, dw.com/tr եւ tr.euronews.com  վեբ կայքերին 72 ժամ տրամադրել՝  արտոնագիր ստանալու համար» , - ասել է Թաշին, որը  RTUK-ի  Բարձրագույն պալատի  ինը անդամներից մեկն է։  

RTUK-ի վարչությունը, որում գերիշխում է իշխող Ազատության եւ զարգացման կուսակցությունը, չի կարողացել անմիջապես մեկնաբանել, թե ինչու է արտոնագրեր պահանջել։

Վերջին տարիներին Թուրքիան քայլեր է ձեռնարկել ԶԼՄ-ների նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունն ուժեղացնելու ուղղությամբ՝ RTUK-ին տրամադրելով լիակատար վերահսկողություն ողջ առցանց բովանդակության նկատմամբ, որը նա նաեւ  իրավունք ունի հեռացնել: Թուրքիայում հիմնական ԶԼՄ-ների շուրջ 90%-ը ներկայումս պատկանում է պետությանը կամ մոտ է կառավարությանը։

Թաշին ասել է, որ RTUK-ի հիմնական նպատակը ԶԼՄ-ների ազատությունն էր։ «Ազգային լրատվամիջոցներից հետո հերթը հասել է միջազգային լրատվական կայքերին, որոնք պետք է լռեցնել։ RTUK-ի «կայքում կա տեսանյութ, այն պետք է արտոնագիր ստանա» տեսակի մոտեցմամբ այլեւս անվերահսկելի լրատվական գործակալություն չի մնա», - նշել է նա։

Արեւմտյան դաշնակիցներն ու իրավապաշտպան խմբերը նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի կառավարությանը մեղադրել են 2016 թվականի ձախողված հեղաշրջումը որպես պատրվակ օգտագործելու մեջ՝ այլախոհությունը ճնշելու նպատակով։

Իր պաշտոնավարման գրեթե երկու տասնամյակի ընթացքում Էրդողանը հաճախ է քննադատել ԶԼՄ-ների բովանդակությունը, որը չի համապատասխանում իսլամական պահպանողական արժեքներին, որոնց հետեւում է իր Ազատության եւ զարգացման կուսակցությունը։
