Հռիփսիմե Ստամբուլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ՔՊ պատգամավորները ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստին չմիացան «Հայաստան» խմբակցության հեղինակած հայտարարության նախագծին, որը վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանների կողմից «Շուշիի հռչակագրի» վավերացմանը:
 
Որպես մերժման հիմնավորում՝ իշխող ուժը ներկայացնում է վերոնշյալ հռչակագրի ստորագրմանը հաջորդած ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ի կողմից հրապարակված հայտարարության գոյության փաստը՝ ըստ էության անիմաստ համարելով նույնաբովանդակ հայտարարության կրկնությունն ԱԺ-ի կողմից:
 
ՄԵՋԲԵՐՈՒՄ 2021թ. հունիսի 17-ին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական կայքում տեղադրված «ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մեկնաբանությունը Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների կողմից ստորագրված հռչակագրի առնչությամբ» խորագրով հայտարարության տեքստից.
 
«Նման հայատյացության համատեքստում տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության պլատֆորմ ստեղծելու Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանում հնչեցված Թուրքիայի նախագահի առաջարկները երեսպաշտ և ապակողմնորոշող են»:
