Ներկայումս Հայաստանը ևս կանգնած է աշխարհաքաղաքական ջրբաժանին:
 
Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ոչ մի կերպ չեն կողմնորոշվում, թե ի՞նչ դիրք գրավեն: Ապագայում այդ տարօրինակ անորոշությունն ավելի ցցուն է դառնալու: Առայժմ դեռ պաշտոնական կարծիք չեն հայտնել տեղի ունեցող զարգացումների շուրջ:
 
Այդ անորոշության ձգձգումն առնվազն հարցեր է առաջ բերելու մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակցի մոտ (եթե արդեն չի բերել): Փաստացի, այսօրվա լռությունը, որակազրկում է մեր անորակ և քաղաքականապես տգետ «իշխանություններին»` մեր դաշնակցի աչքերում:
 
Ռուսական խաղաղարար առաքելությունը փաստացի այսօր մարտական խնդիր է լուծում Արցախում` պաշտպանելով մեր հայրենակիցներին վերջնական հայրենազրկումից:
 
Եթե չլիներ հիմնականում Ռուսաստանի գործոնը, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմն արդեն ներխուժած կլիներ Սյունիք:
Բացի այդ, 44-օրյա արյունալի և մեր երկրի համար կործանարար պատերազմում պաշտոնական Կիևը անթաքույց աջակցում և ողջունում էր Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ագրեսիան ընդդեմ Արցախի և Հայաստանի:
 
Պատճառներ շատ կարելի է թվել:
 
Եվ վերջապես, չէ՞ որ ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, մեզ համար միշտ եղել է անքննելի ու կարևոր, ինչը կիրառվեց Դոնբասի պարագայում:
 
Դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները միշտ փոխադարձ են լինում: Մեր առանցքային դաշնակիցն այսօր պատերազմի մեջ է հայտնվել ուկրաինական իշխանությունների արկածախնդիր և պոպուլիստ քաղաքականության արդյունքում:
Յուրաքանչյուր պետության անվտանգային շահերը կարևոր են այնքան, որ նույնիսկ Ուկրաինայի դաշնակիցներն են հասկանում Ռուսաստանի գործողությունների լրջությունը ու պատրաստ չեն ռազմական հակամարտության դուրս գալ վերջինիս դեմ:
 
Այս պայմաններում, մեր ոչ ադեկվատ «իշխանությունների» անորոշ կեցվածքը, վաղը կարող է վատ անդրադառնալ հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների` հետևաբար նաև Հայաստանի ու հայ ժողովրդի վրա:
