Մոսկվան և Կիևը բանակցություններում փոխզիջման են մոտենում, «Կոմերսանտ»-ին ասել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահի գրասենյակի ղեկավարի խորհրդական Միխայիլ Պոդոլյակը։

Ուկրաինական բանակցային խմբի անդամի խոսքով՝ երկխոսության կողմերը սկսել են համաձայնագրեր մշակել, որոնց մանրամասները դեռ չեն հաղորդվում։

«Հենց որ փոխադարձ իրավական ձևաչափերը մշակվեն, կնշանակվի հանդիպում՝ բանակցությունների չորրորդ փուլը, դա կարող է վաղը, մյուս օրը լինել, երևի պետք չէ ավելի առաջ գնալ և պարզապես խոսակցություններ վարել։ Մենք քննարկել ենք բոլոր հարցերը, այժմ փորձում ենք այդ հարցերը «փաթեթավորել» իրավական ձևաչափերի մեջ»,- ասել է Պոդոլյակը։

Նա նաև նշել է, որ բանակցությունների արդյունքը պետք է «հաշվի առնվեն այն անվտանգության երաշխիքները, որոնք ցանկանում է ստանալ նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը, որն ունի իր մտավախությունները մի շարք գլոբալ ռազմական դաշինքների հետ կապված»։
