Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հարցազրույց է տվել «Անադոլու» գործակալությանը, որը ներկայացված է ստորև.

Ի՞նչ կցանկանայիք նշել Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ​​ֆորումին Ձեր մասնակցության մասին:

Նախ, ցանկանում եմ հիշեցնել նախորդ ամիսների ընթացքում Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև տեղի ունեցած զարգացումների կարևոր դրվագները։ Երկու երկրների ղեկավարները՝ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը և նախագահ Էրդողանը, հրապարակային հայտարարություններ էին փոխանակել՝ երկու երկրների միջև բանակցություններ սկսելու պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով։

Ավելի ուշ Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև երկխոսության գործընթացի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչներ նշանակվեցին։ Նրանք արդեն երկու հանդիպում են ունեցել, համապատասխանաբար՝ Մոսկվայում և Վիեննայում, որոնց ընթացքում պայմանավորվել են շարունակել առանց նախապայմանների բանակցությունները՝ միտված հարաբերությունների լիարժեք կարգավորմանը:

Ես Անթալիա այցելեցի և մասնակցեցի Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ​​ֆորումին՝ ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության քաղաքական կամքը՝ Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների լիարժեք կարգավորման հասնելու և տարածաշրջանում խաղաղ և կայուն զարգացման դարաշրջան բացելու վերաբերյալ։

Ինչպե՞ս կգնահատեք Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի միջև ընթացող կարգավորման գործընթացը:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, մենք այն դրական ենք գնահատում։ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է Թուրքիայի հետ դիվանագիտական ​​հարաբերությունների հաստատմանն ու սահմանների բացմանը։ Ուրախ էի իմ թուրք գործընկերոջից լսել, որ իրենց կողմից նույնպես կա քաղաքական կամք՝ գործընթացը տանելու այդ նպատակին։ Կարծում եմ՝ հիմա, երբ իրադարձություններն աշխարհում շատ արագ են զարգանում, մենք չպետք է վարանենք կոնկրետ քայլեր ձեռնարկել։

Որո՞նք են կարգավորման գործընթացի օգուտները հայ և թուրք ժողովուրդների համար:

Մարդիկ արդեն իսկ օգտվում են Երևան-Ստամբուլ ուղիղ չվերթներից։ Սահմանների բացումն իր դրական ազդեցությունը կունենա երկու երկրների միջև կոմունիկացիոն հաղորդակցության, առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների, մարդկանց միջև շփումների և, ընդհանրապես, տարածաշրջանում կայունության վրա։

Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի միջև փոխադարձ պաշտոնական այցեր կլինե՞ն։ Դուք թուրք պաշտոնյաներին Հայաստան այցելելու հրավեր ուղարկե՞լ եք կամ հրավեր ստացե՞լ եք այցելելու Թուրքիա։

Ընդգծեմ, որ սա Հայաստանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի առաջին այցն է Թուրքիա վերջին տասնամյակում։ Ավելորդ է նշել, որ եթե կարգավորման գործընթացը հարթ ընթանա և մենք հասնենք դրական արդյունքների, կարող են փոխայցելություններ լինել։

Ի՞նչ կարող եք ասել մեզ կարգավորման գործընթացի վերաբերյալ հայ ժողովրդի մոտեցման մասին:
