Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի էլիտար զորամիավորումը` Իսլամական հեղափոխության պահապանների կորպուսը (ԻՀՊԿ), պատասխանել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ինքնիշխանության դեմ ուղղված հերթական ադրբեջանական հայտարարությանը, որը հրապարակվել է ադրբեջանական «Յենի Մուսավաթ» կուսակցության համանուն պաշտոնաթերթում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ԻՀՊԿ-ի «Տելեգրամ ալիք»-ի հաղորդագրությունը։

«Ցանկացած ռազմական ներխուժում Հայաստանի տարածք կարժանանա Իրանի զինված ուժերի պատասխանին։ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ թույլ չի տա հարևան պետությունների սահմանների փոփոխություն», - ասված է Կորպուսի հայտարարության մեջ։

Իրանագետ Գարիկ Միսակյանը 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ տելեգրամյան ալիքում արված հայտարարությունը պաշտոնական համարել չի կարելի, ինչքան էլ որ այն ասոցացվում է Իսլամական հեղափոխության պահապանների կորպուսի հետ.

«Եթե ընդհանուր խոսենք Իրանի դիրքորոշման մասին՝ Արցախյան պատերազմի ընթացքում և դրանից հետո, դա միջազգայնորեն սահմանված տարածքների ամբողջականությունն է: Իրանի բարձրաստիճան տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ բազմիցս նշել են, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, հատկապես Սյունիքի մարզի դեմ ոտնձգությունները թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի կողմից Իրանի համար կարմիր գիծ են համարվում, և, կարծում եմ, այդ դիրքորոշման մեջ որևէ փոփոխություն չի եղել»:

Հարցին, թե արդյոք Իրանից հստակ գործողությունների պետք է սպասել միայն թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի կողմից այդ «կարմիր գիծ»-ը հատելու դեպքու՞մ, իրանագետը պատասխանեց.

«Իհարկե: Եթե լարվածությունը չի վերաբերում հայ-իրանական սահմանին կամ Սյունիքի հատվածին, չեմ կարծում՝ Իրանը անմիջական մասնակցություն ունենա հարցին: Իսկ, ընդհանրապես, եթե խոսենք մասնակցության մասին Հարավային Կովկասում ռազմական գործողություններին կամ լարվածությանը, ապա Իրանի քաղաքականությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ որքան հնարավոր է, խուսափի իր սահմաններին մոտ պատերազմական գործողություններից, այսինքն, եթե Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա կոալիցիայի կողմից հրահրվի պատերազմ, ապա Իրանը, ինչպես Արցախյան պատերազմի օրերին, հանդես կգա միայն կոչերով և հայտարարություններով՝ վերադառնալ բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ, անմիջականորեն միջամտություն ռազմական գործողություններին, իմ կարծիքով, չի լինի:
