Ռուսաստանը քննարկում է ՀՀ պետական պարտքի մի մասի դուրսգրումը համատեղ կլիմայական նախագծերի իրականացման միջոցով

Հայաստանի պարտքը Ռուսաստանին կարող է համատեղ կլիմայական նախագծերի անցկացման միջոցով փոխհատուցվել։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությունը՝ «պարտք կլիմայի դիմաց» մեխանիզմի շուրջ Հայաստանի լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Էրիկ Գրիգորյանի հետ կլիմայի հարցերով Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Ռուսլան Էդելգերիեւի բանակցություններից հետո։

«Զրույցի ընթացքում քննարկվել են կլիմայական համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման միջոցով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պարտքի փոխհատուցման հեռանկարները։ Նման մոտեցումը թույլ է տալիս նվազեցնել փոխառուի պարտքային բեռը եւ նպաստել տնտեսության դեկարբոնացման համալիր միջոցառումների իրականացմանը։ Կողմերը բացահայտել են մի շարք պոտենցիալ նախագծեր, այդ թվում՝ հիդրոօդերեւութաբանական ծառայությունների կարողությունների ամրապնդման, հասարակական տրանսպորտի էլեկտրաֆիկացման եւ կլիմայի փոփոխությանը հարմարվելու ոլորտներում:

Էդելգերիեւը Գրիգորյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ առաջարկել է դրա համար շուկայական մեխանիզմներ օգտագործել՝ Փարիզի կլիմայի համաձայնագրի 6-րդ հոդվածի շրջանակներում, որը կարող է հիմք ծառայել համատեղ կլիմայական նախագծերի համար։

Փարիզի կլիմայի համաձայնագրի ջերմաստիճանային նպատակներին հասնելու գործում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ազգային մակարդակով ներդրումը ներառում է կամավոր տեխնոլոգիական օգնության տրամադրում 12 պետությունների, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
