Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարի կողմից հաստատված 2022 թվականի մարտական պատրաստության պլանի համաձայն՝ երկրի ցամաքային զորքերի հրթիռային և հրետանային ստորաբաժանումները կատարել են համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգերից կրակելու առաջադրանքներ։

Արդյոք վաղը Բրյուսելում կայանալիք Փաշինյան-Ալիև հանդիպման նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած զորավարժությունները որևէ կապ ունե՞ն հանդիպման հետ, 1or.am-ը փորձել է հասկանալ քաղաքագետ Ռուբեն Մեհրաբյանի հետ զրույցում.

«Իհարկե, Ադրբեջանն իր զորավարժություններն անցկացնում է նաև նկատի ունենալով վաղը նշանակված  հանդիպման հանգամանքը: Գոնե ինձ համար միանշանակ է, որ սա ազդանշան է, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է և շարունակելու է իր ուժային դիվանագիտությունը՝ փորձելով իր դիվանագիտական փաստարկներն ամրապնդել մկանների ցուցադրությամբ: Այս իմաստով այդ զորավարժությունները հենց այդ քաղաքականության դրսևորումներից մեկն են»:

Անդրադառնալով, առհասարակ, վաղը կայանալիք հանդիպումից մեր ունեցած ակնկալիքներին, քաղաքագետը նշեց.

«Ինքնին հանդիպումը, որպես փաստ, արդեն իսկ դրական գործոն է ընդհանրապես այս բանակցային գործընթացում, որովհետև խոսակցության տեղափոխումը եվրոպական հարթակներ արդեն իսկ զսպող գործոն է Ադրբեջանի ուղղությամբ: Այս ձևաչափում Ադրբեջանը չի կարող մի քանի գործոններ արհամարհել այնպես, ինչպես դա անում է, երբ գործում է Ռուսաստանի հետ գործարքի հարթության վրա:

Հետևապես, ես կարծում եմ, որ կա հնարավորություն, այս դիվանագիտական գործիքակազմն օգտագործելով, Ադրբեջանին ինչ-որ շրջանակների մեջ պահելու: Յալ հարց է, մենք այս հնարավորությունը կօգտագործենք, թե ոչ, ընդ որում՝ այդ ջանքերը պետք են և՛ Երևանից, և՛ Բրյուսելից, և՛ Երևան-Բրյուսել համատեղ հաղորդակցության շրջանակներում: Պետք է համադրել ջանքերը, ներդաշնակեցնել դրանք՝ հաջողության հասնելու համար»:
