Արցախի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանը երեկ արտահերթ նիստում 29 կողմ ձայնով հայտարարություն է ընդունել՝ կոչ անելով համահայկական մակարդակով ազգային համախմբում ձևավորել՝ Արցախի ճակատագրին վերաբերող հարցերի շուրջ։

«Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը` որպես Արցախի ժողովրդի առաջնային մանդատ ունեցող բարձրագույն ներկայացուցչական մարմին, արտահայտելով հասարակական-քաղաքական լայն շրջանակների կարծիքն ու դիրքորոշումը, կոչ է անում համահայկական մակարդակով ձևավորել համազգային համախմբում՝ Արցախի ճակատագրին վերաբերող հարցերի շուրջ»,- ասված է հայտարարության տեքստում:

1or.am-ը զրուցել է Արցախի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանի հետ՝ հասկանալու համար, թե խորհրդարանն արդյոք ունի՞ նախատեսած գործնական քայլեր համազգային համախմբման ուղղությամբ.

«Մեր ազատագրական պայքարի ընթացքում տարիներ շարունակ, չնայած, որ ունեցել ենք կորուստներ, զոհեր, բայց, միևնույնն է, մենք մեր միասնականության շնորհիվ ենք կարողացել հաղթել: Հիմա մենք կրկին պետք է կարողանանք հաղթահարել այն իրավիճակը, որում հիմա ենք գտնվում: Մեր հայտարարությունն ինչ-որ տեղ կարելի է ընկալել նաև որպես կոչ, իսկ գործնական առումով այն նախ պետք է իր հետևանքներն ունենա: Երբ ժողովուրդը կարողանա համախմբվել և իրատես լինել, տեսնի, թե իր առջև ովքեր են կանգնած ներկայիս իշխանության տեսքով և դեպի ուր են նրանք տանում իրենց, պետք է ուղղակի ազատվի այս ադրբեջանամետ իշխանություններից և կարգի այնպիսի իշխանավորներ, որոնք կմտածեն միայն սեփական ժողովրդի շահերի մասին: Կոչը, այո՛, միասնության է, որովհետև միայն միասնությամբ մենք կարող ենք հաղթահարել այս ահռելի, երբեմն նաև անհաղթահարելի թվացող խնդիրները»:

Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե արդյոք ընդունված հայտարարությունն այսօր կայանալիք Փաշինյան-Ալիև հանդիպման ֆոնի՞ն է, պատգամավորը նշեց.

«Ես չեմ ուզում կապել կամ առանձնացնել, որովհետև ընդհանուր առմամբ մենք բոլորս հիմա մտահոգված և լարված ենք: Այո՛, մենք միանշանակ տեսնում ենք այս հանդիպման վտանգը, որովհետև ցանկացած հանդիպումից հետո մենք լավ բան չենք տեսել»:
