Երեկ Բրյուսելում տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի եռակողմ հանդիպումը։

Ըստ տարածված հայտարարության՝ քննարկվել են 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի, 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի, նոյեմբերի 26-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունների, ինչպես նաև դեկտեմբերի 14-ին Բրյուսելում կայացած եռակողմ հանդիպմանը ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կատարմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:

«Ընդհանրապես, և՛ դիվանագիտության մեջ, և՛ կոնկրետ մասնավոր դեպքում շատ ավելի էական է, թե որտե՞ղ է տեղի ունենում այդ հանդիպումը, ե՞րբ է տեղի ունենում, ու՞մ միջնորդությամբ, ու՞մ ներկայությամբ, ինչքա՞ն է տևում հանդիպումը և այդ ամենի վերջում նոր էական է դառնում, թե ինչ է գրված հայտարարության տեքստում: Իմ կարծիքով՝ այս հանդիպման դեպքում էլ թվարկված ատրիբուտներն ավելի կարևոր էին, քան բուն հայտարարության տեքստը: Չէի ասի, թե այդ տեքստը ոչինչ չասող է, որովհետև ինքնին հանդիպման փաստը և 4,5 ժամ տևողությունը, դրան հաջորդած առանձնազրույցը, խոսում են այն մասին, որ կա դեռևս բանակցային գործընթաց և նաև ընդունված հայտարարությունը հույս է տալիս, որ գոնե մոտ ապագայում կտեսնենք շփման գծում լարվածության թուլացում: Այստեղ շատ կարևոր են բուն հանդիպման, զրույցի և բանակցության փաստերը»:

Քաղաքագետի խոսքով՝ հայտարարության տեքստում բացասական որևէ երանգ չկար.

«Եթե մենք նայենք նմանատիպ այլ հայտարարությունների տեքստերին, հիմնականում շեշտադրվում է նախորդից ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կատարում: Ճիշտ է, դրանք, կոպիտ ասած, ձանձրալի տեքստեր են, բայց արտահայտում են ընդհանուր սկզբունքներ, հիմնադրույթներ, և ես չեմ կարող դրանց վատ կամ բացասական մեկնաբանություն տալ: Ե՛վ Շառլ Միշելը, և՛ Ալիևը, և՛ մեր երկրի ղեկավարը, բոլորը նշում են, որ հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել կառուցողական որոշակի մթնոլորտում և դրական են գնահատել արդյունքը, ի վերջո, այդ տեքստը գրվել է բավականին երկար քննարկումների արդյունքում»:
