Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի հետ զրուցել ենք Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների, ընդդիմության բողոքի ակցիաների և դրանց ընթացքում քաղաքացիների հիմնարար ազատությունների հաճախակի ոտնահարման դեպքերի մասին.

«Հարցը շատ պարզ է դրված: Հիշու՞մ եք մի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ազատության հրապարակում բղավում էր՝ կամ ես կլինեմ վարչապետ, կամ Հայաստանը վարչապետ չի ունենա: Հիմա ես ասում եմ՝ կամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը համաժողովրդական շարժմամբ կհեռանա իշխանությունից, կամ մենք վերջնականապես կկորցնենք Արցախը և Հայաստանը: Այլընտրանքը շատ պարզ է՝ կա՛մ Հայաստանը մնում է, այդ դեպքում հեռանում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, կա՛մ նա կարողանում է բիրտ ուժով, ոստիականական «բեսպրեդել»-ով ճնշել համաժողովրդական շարժումը, ինչը, ես վստահ եմ, այս անգամ նրան չի հաջողվելու: Դրա այլընտրանքը լինելու է Արցախը՝ Ադրբեջանի կազմում, Հայաստանը՝ Թուրքիայի վիլայեթ:

Ես, որ հաճախ քննադատել եմ խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության գործողությունները՝ ասելով, որ նրանք անելիք չունեն խորհրդարանում, հիմա արձանագրում եմ, որ այն, ինչ անում է ընդդիմությունը, գրագետ, կազմակերպված, համախմբված պայքար է՝ հանուն Արցախի և Հայաստանի, և մենք բոլորս, ում պայքարը հանուն իշխանության, հանուն աթոռի չէ, համախմբված ենք այս կարևոր գաղափարի շուրջ: Այնպես չէ, որ մենք իրար մեջ գաղափարական տարաձայնություններ չունենք, բայց գլխավոր զարկերակի հարցում՝ պահել Արցախն ու Հայաստանը, մենք բոլորս միակամ ենք»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Զոհրաբյանը: 

Անդրադառնալով խաղաղ ակցիաների ժամանակ Ոստիկանության ցուցաբերած վարքին, Զոհրաբյանի նշեց, որ տպավորություն է, թե որոշ ոստիկաններ հրահանգն ուղիղ Ալիևից են ստացել.

«Ոստիկանները բիրտ ուժ են կիրառում խաղաղ ցուցարարների հանդեպ՝ կատարելով հանցագործություն: Ոսիկանության զորքերի մասին օրենքի 14-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի համաձայն՝ Ոստիկանության զորքերն իրավունք չունեն միջամտելու խաղաղ, առանց զենքի իրականացվող միջոցառումներին: Ուստի Ոստիկանական զորքերն այս օրերին կատարում են ուղղակի հանցագործություն՝ առանց հասկանալու դառնում են ուղղակի հանցագործներ: Ես վստահ եմ, որ նրանց հանցագործություններն անպատիժ չեն մնալու: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դասընկեր Ոստիկանապետը պետք է իմանա, որ հաշված օրերի ընքացքում ինքն անձամբ է պատասխան տալու՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ապօրինի հրահանգները Ոստիկանական զորքրերին իջեցնելու համար»:
