ՀՀ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թադևոս Ավետիսյանը ֆրանսիայի հրապարակում տեղի ունեցող համապետական հանրահավաքի ընթացքում ներկայացրեց երկրի տնտեսական իրավիճակը և խոսեց պետական պարտքի մասին։

«Մեր երկրում նախորդ չորս տարիներին սոցիալական ավելացող խնդիրների հիմնական պաճառներն են պոպուլիզմը, սուտը, բոլոր ոլորտներում համատարած ձախողումները, անպատասխանատվությունը, սեփական իշխանությունն ամեն գնով պահելու մոլուցքը։

Մեր տարածաշրջանում միայն Հայաստանը չկարողացավ վերականգնել 2020 թ․-ի սոցիալ-տնտեսական խորը անկումը։ 2020 թվականի հունվարից հետո չեն բարձրացրել նվազագույն աշխատավարձը, աղքատության նպաստների, կենսաթոշակների հիմնական չափերը։ Նվազագույն սպառողական զամբյուղի ամսական արժեքը 2022 թ․-ի ապրիլ-մայիսին կազմել է 78200 դրամ։ Աշխատողների 25 տոկոսը ստանում է նվազագույն աշխատավարձ՝ 68000 դրամ։ Ավելին՝ գնաճի տեմպերն ահագնանում են։ 2022 թվականի մայիսին աննախադեպ աճել են սննդամթերքի գները։ Սրան պետք է ավելացնել կոմունալ ծառայությունների սակագների աճը։

Մեզ խոստանում էին տնտեսական հեղափոխություն, երկնիշ աճ, սակայն նախորդ չորս տարիներին մեր երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի տարեկան միջին աճը կազմել է ընդամենը 2,8 տոկոս։ Այս ընթացքում երկնիշ աճել է պետական պարտքի ցուցանիշը՝ հասնելով մոտ 9,5 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլարի։ Այսինքն՝ յուրաքանչյուրիս ուսերին ավելացրել են շուրջ 1000 ԱՄՆ դոլար պարտքի բեռ։

Հայաստանում կա լիարժեք հնարավորություն կայուն զարգանալու համար՝ առանց հայրենիքը զիջելու։ Պետության դերն ու մասնակցությունն այս հարցում պետք է դառնան առանցքային, գրագետ, այլևս ոչ երբեք՝ կրավորական, անտարբեր և անպատասխանատու»։
