Վերջին ժամանակահատվածում նկատվում է ինքնասպանությունների թվի աճ և երիտասարդացում: ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ը այս թեմայի շուրջ  փորձեց պարզաբանումներ ստանալ դատական հոգեբան, փորձագետ, ‹‹Ուղեկից›› հոգեբանական կենտրոնի ղեկավար  Անի Վարդանյանից:

‹‹Եթե հաշվի առնենք 2010թ. հետո կատարված ինքնասպանությունների դատահոգեբանական փորձաքննությունների ստատիստիկան, ինչպես նաև 2010-ից առաջ առկա բազան, ակներև է,  որ մենք ունենք  ինքնասպանությունների տարիքային շեմի նվազում, ինչը  միանշանակ խոսում է  տվյալ տարիքային խմբերի՝ ճգնաժամանային իրավիճակներում  հակազդման, ոչ կառուցողական  ելքերի  միտվածության մասին: Սա նաև դաստիարակության, խնդիրները լուծելու արդյունավետ մոդելների և երեխաների մոտ պատշաճ ռեսուրսներ ձևավորելու  անկարողության հետևանք է››,-նշեց հոգեբանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝  դեռահասության, վաղ պատանեկության տարիքում արձանագրված  ինքնասպանություններին մեծապես նպաստում է այդ տարիքային խմբի՝ սոցհարթակներին հասանելիությունը, որոշակի ֆիլմերում, անորակ սերիալներում ինքնասպանություների, բռնության տեսարանների և կրկնվող սյուժեների ներկայացման նկատմամբ վերահսկողության  բացակայությունը:

‹‹Ինքնասպանությունների թվի աճին մի փոքր վերապահումով եմ մոտենում, քանի որ կա նման դեպքերի ակտիվ լուսաբանում, որը կարող է այդպիսի պատկեր ստեղծել, թեև քովիդը, պատերազմը նպաստել են նման դեպքերի թվի աճին››,-ասաց Վարդանյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ պատերազմից հետո ողջ մնացած զինծառայողները, արտահայտված մեղքի զգացում ունենալու ֆոնի վրա, որ իրենք ապրում են, իսկ իրենց ծառայակիցները՝ ոչ, կատարել են ինքնավնասումներ և ինքնասպանության փորձ: Նման դեպքեր առկա են նաև պատերազմում զոհվածների հարազատների շրջանում, ովքեր կյանքի իմաստի կորուստ ունեն:

‹‹Դատահոգեբանական փորձաքննությունների շրջանակներում  հիմնականում խնդրի ուսումնասիրման  ենթակա հարց է նաև, թե արդյոք որևէ մեկի գործողությունների հետևանքով է առաջացել այդ հոգեվիճակը, թե ոչ:  Հոգեվիճակի պատճառահետևանքային կապի գնահատման արդյունքում նման կապ է հայտնաբերվում ավելի շատ  զինծառայողների  մոտ, քան քաղաքացիական կյանքով ապրող մարդկանց: Ազդող գործոններ են  չգրված նորմերը, բարքերը: Չմոռանանք, որ նրանք փակ խումբ են, որտեղ ինչ-որ մեկի գործողությունների հետևանքով կարող են  առաջանալ նվաստացման, արժանապատվության  ոտնահարման խնդիրներ, որոնք էլ հաճախ հանգեցնում են նման հանգուցալուծման››,-եզրափակեց փորձագետը:
