Հայաստանի հունահռոմեական ոճի ըմբշամարտի երիտասարդական հավաքականը Հռոմում ընթացող Եվրոպայի Մ20 տարեկանների առաջնությունում 1 ոսկե, 1 արծաթե և 2 բրոնզե մեդալ է նվաճել։

 Երիտասարդական ԵԱ-ի հաղթող է դարձել 60 կգ քաշային Սուրեն Աղաջանյանը։

Նա եզրափակչում գոտեմարտել է վրացի Դմիտրի Խաչիձեի հետ և 4։0 հաշվով հաղթանակ տոնելով՝ ոսկե մեդալ նվաճել։ Աղաջանյանը եզրափակիչ է դուրս եկել՝ 9:1 հաշվով հաղթելով Մ23 տարեկանների աշխարհի չեմպիոն, ադրբեջանցի Նիհադ Մամեդլիին։ Հայաստանի մյուս ներկայացուցիչ, 67 կգ քաշային Աշոտ Խաչատրյանն էլ արծաթե մեդալ է նվաճել՝ եզրափակչում 1։3 հաշվով պարտվելով վրացի Նիկա Բրոլաձեին։

Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հավաքականի կազմում ավելի վաղ բրոնզե մեդալներ էին նվաճել 87 կգ քաշային Վիգեն Նազարյանն ու 130 կգ քաշային Ալբերտ Վարդանյանը։ Ալբերտ Վարդանյանը մեկնարկային գոտեմարտում 2։3 հաշվով պարտվել էր ուկրաինացի Միխայլո Վիշնևսկիին, որը հասել էր եզրափակիչ, և հայ ըմբիշը սփոփիչ գոտեմարտ անցկացնելու իրավունք էր ստացել։ Վարդանյանն սփոփիչ գոտեմարտում 9։0 հաշվով հաղթել էր Չեխիան ներկայացնող Արթուր Սարգսյանին, իսկ բրոնզե մեդալի համար պայքարում ժամանակից շուտ 7:0 հաշվով առավելության էր հասել Թուրքիայի ներկայացուցիչ Տալիպ Չիֆթչիի նկատմամբ։

Վիգեն Նազարյանը որակավորման փուլում 5։4 հաշվով առավելության էր հասել վրացի Բեկա Մելելաշվիլիի նկատմամբ, 1/8 եզրափակչում 9։1 հաշվով հաղթել էր մոլդովացի Գաբրիել Լուպասկուին, քառորդ եզրափակչում ուժեղ էր գտնվել էստոնացի Ռոբին Ուսպենսկիից (1։1), իսկ կիսաեզրափակչում 1։3 հաշվով պարտվել էր ադրբեջանցի Լաչին Վալիևին։ Բրոնզե մեդալի համար գոտեմարտում Նազարյանը 3։0 հաշվով հաղթանակ էր տարել շվեդ Ալգոտ Լենարտ Բոտվիդ Կոլմանի նկատմամբ։

Հայաստանի հավաքականի կազմում մեդալ նվաճելուն մոտ է եղել նաև 97 կգ քաշային Հրանտ Միքայելյանը, որը պարտվել է բրոնզե մեդալի համար գոտեմարտում։ 55 կգ քաշային Հոմերոս Առաքելյանն էլ վնասվածքի պատճառով չի կարողացել գոտեմարտել բրոնզե մեդալի համար։ Մեդալային պայքարից դուրս են մնացել նաև հունահռոմեական ոճի ըմբիշներ Ռուբեն Միրանյանը (63 կգ), Արման Խաչիկյանը (72 կգ), Հենրիկ Գևորգյանը (77 կգ) և Հայկ Մխիթարյանը (82 կգ)։

Հայաստանի ազատ ոճի երիտասարդական հավաքականն էլ Եվրոպայի Մ20 տարեկանների առաջնությանը ներկայացված կլինի 10 ըմբիշով։ Մեր ընտրանու կազմում ընդգրկվել են Հարություն Հովհաննիսյանը (57 կգ), Հայկ Աբրահամյանը (61 կգ), Տիգրան Ղազարյանը (65 կգ), Հայկ Պապիկյանը (70 կգ), Մենուա Յարիբեկյանը (74 կգ), Մուշեղ Մկրտչյանը (79 կգ), Կնյազ Իբոյանը (86 կգ), Սերգեյ Սարգսյանը (92 կգ), Խաչատուր Խաչատրյանը (97 կգ) և 125 կգ քաշային Լյովա Գևորգյանը։

Եվրոպայի ըմբշամարտի երիտասարդական առաջնությունը կավարտվի հուլիսի 3-ին։
